Zo Caswell officially became the crew of his NFL wife and girlfriend after his fiancee, Dillon Gabriel, signed with the Cleveland Browns in June 2025.
The quarterback has been dating years of love since high school, years after meeting in seventh grade orientation class in Hawaii. “We’ve come across gardening, it’s fun enough,” Caswell told Coyne in December 2024. ”
In a January 2023 video for Tiktok, she shared some more details about their relationship. This includes them having been long distances for three years while playing football at the University of Central Florida. When Gabriel transferred to the University of Oklahoma, he asked Caswell to move with him.
She did, and two years later he popped the question.

Like Gabriel, Caswell is from Hawaii. According to her LinkedIn profile, she grew up in Honolulu and felt “very grateful” for the nurturing of the island, which was exposed to “diverse cultures and unique local practices.”
On her Instagram, Caswell occasionally shares photos of her trips to Hawaii. In April 2022, she captioned, “I’ve never been more excited about going home.”
They met in middle school

Caswell and Gabriel first crossed the path during the summer, between sixth and seventh grades. She told Coyne that they were both new students and met in orientation classes. They were temporarily dating in middle school, but they met in their third year of high school.
Six months before graduating, Gabriel left Hawaii to play UCF football in Orlando, Florida.
Caswell told Tiktok’s followers that they were “a little off” during that time, and that they had spent three years of long distances. In January 2022, he asked to move to Oklahoma after moving with him.
She studied business management

According to her LinkedIn, the Hawaii native graduated in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth University. She also studied business at the University of Oklahoma from 2022 to 2023.
In August 2023, she began as a master’s student at Colangelo Business University at Grand Canyon University, earning her degree in 2025.
In addition to her research, Caswell creates content for Instagram and Tiktok. Her Game Day costumes and video blogs have gained thousands of followers on Instagram and Tiktok.
Caswell and Gabriel got engaged in 2024

Caswell and Gabriel announced their involvement in a joint Instagram post in September 2024. Along with a series of sweet photos from the suggestion, they captioned the post “9/1/2024🤍”.
In a video of Tiktok in February 2025, she revealed that she is scheduled to get married in the summer of 2026.
“It’s far away, but we were so busy that it seems like it’s the best time,” she said.
Caswell added that Gabriel is Catholic and plans to hold a wedding at the Catholic Church the next day, with a “more traditional” wedding.

They were in high school, so Caswell was a staple in Gabriel’s game. She cheered him in the stands for most of her fiancé’s career, but she told Koin that he still saw “anxiety” and “stressed out.”
“I’m a mess, honestly,” she told the outlet. “Everything goes through my mind, but it’s fun at the same time. And when you get victory at the end of the day, it’s the best.”
Gabriel told Coyne he was very grateful to be home to someone who “knows you are you.”
Gabriel said he was “lucky” to be with her.

Gabriel is uncontrollable when it comes to sharing her long-standing love for her partner. In a February 2024 post celebrating Caswell’s birthday, the professional quarterback wrote that he “can’t imagine” his life without her.
“I love growing up with you and creating memories we talk to our kids,” he wrote along with a series of photos with Caswell. “Through the ups and downs of life, I feel I can come to you and just be. You don’t even have to know me. You just know me.
Caswell shared similar sentiments in an Instagram post in December 2024 at the New York City Heisman Trophy Awards, according to the Register Guard.
“I can’t fully express how proud I am of you,” she wrote in the caption. “Going to events like this reminds me of how wonderful your journey as a player and person is. You inspire me every day. I am honored to be by your side and share this life with you.”
