But the 39-year-old actress has been appearing in TV and movies for decades, starting her career as Laurie Lewis on All My Children and eventually landing the role of Annabeth Chase in the Percy Jackson films.
She met her husband, Andrew Form, at the height of her popularity and the height of the coronavirus lockdown. The successful producer married Daddario in 2022. Their son was born in October 2024, but they ultimately separated in early 2026.
Daddario’s representative announced in a statement that the couple “made the decision to end their marriage” on February 20, 2026, adding that “this decision was made with love and respect.”

Who is Andrew Form?
Born in New York City to an accountant and a housewife, Form began her career as a production assistant for Jerry Bruckheimer. The 57-year-old co-founded the production company Platinum Dunes with Michael Bay and Brad Fuller. He helped create films such as A Quiet Place, A Quiet Place Part II, The Purge, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and the John Krasinski-led Amazon Prime series Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.
When did he and Daddario announce their breakup?
On February 20, 2026, Daddario’s representative released a statement to People confirming their breakup. “Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage,” a rep said in a statement. “This decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to raise their children together and respect their privacy as they navigate this transition.”
They had been married for over three years.
How did D’Addario and Form meet?
In an interview with Vogue, Daddario said the two met on the streets of New York at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
“He was also on a walk, and we passed each other downtown. When I turned around to catch a glimpse of him, he turned and said, ‘Hello.’ I laughed and said, ‘Hello,’ and we both laughed about how we were alone on what is usually an incredibly busy street. Then he asked if he could take me out to dinner,” she said.
How long were Daddario and Form together?
In an interview with Sunday Today in January 2023, Daddario talked about his first date in 2020.
“We actually had our first date right next door to the Greenwich Hotel, which was completely locked down due to coronavirus,” she explained. “I think we were the only humans there. And on our second date, we did the same thing in a hotel because we had nowhere to go. And we took over the Greenwich Hotel.”
The two announced their relationship in May 2021, more than a year later. Daddario shared a shot of them together on Instagram, and a source told People magazine later that year that the two were engaged.
According to Dirt, the two purchased a $7.3 million mansion together in Los Angeles in September 2021. In an interview with Women’s Health, Daddario talked about staying in a mansion with a man, saying, “This is our version of a night out at the club…We’re going to get a little wild, open a bottle of wine, and fight at chess.”
Their first red carpet appearance was at the premiere of The White Lotus in July 2021.
The couple’s June 2022 wedding took place at Preservation Hall in New Orleans, with attendees lining up in the second row for a reception at Bar Marilou, Vogue reported. Daddario wore a Danielle Frankel dress.
“When I met Andrew, we both knew each other,” Daddario said. “The wedding was amazing. It felt like a bit of a foregone conclusion. So it was a real relief.”
Who else are Daddario and Form romantically involved with?
Form was previously married to Jordana Brewster, whom he met on the set of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning in 2005. The former couple married two years later and had two children, Rowan and Julian.

Daddario shared the news of her pregnancy with Vogue on July 10, 2024. She revealed that she was happy to be pregnant, having previously suffered a miscarriage.
“I don’t want to get too specific because it’s long and complicated,” she said. “This kind of loss and trauma is very hard to explain unless you’ve actually experienced it. I really empathize with all the women who have gone through something like that in a way I never fully understood before. It’s very, very painful.”
At that point, it had been more than six months, but until then she had hidden the news by dressing strategically.
When did they welcome their first child?
On October 31, 2024, Daddario announced the birth of his son on Instagram. “I thought this was candy in a weird bowl,” she wrote.
She later admitted that she gave birth on Halloween. Initially, she did not reveal the gender of her child, but revealed in March 2025 that she was having a boy. “I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world!!!!” she wrote. “He’s a funny little cute little shellfish guy who makes plans and is happy as a shellfish!! And his plans are so funny every day!!!”
