Brooklyn Beckham’s feud with his famous family took a dramatic turn on January 19, when the photographer slammed them in a lengthy social media rant, and stars are paying attention.
In a headline-grabbing bombshell, Brooklyn, 26, blamed the family rift on his alleged treatment of wife Nicola Peltz. He claimed it started before they got married in Florida in April 2022.
Almost immediately, the statement drew celebrity attention, with Brooklyn accusing David and Victoria Beckham of trying to “ruin their pre-wedding relationship” and trying to control “reporting about their family.”
While some expressed sympathy for Brooklyn and his model wife, 31, others accused him of abandoning his family loyalty and fumbling with his priorities.
Some simply encouraged all involved to mend fences and reconcile.

“Real Housewives of New York” alum Bethenny Frankel questioned the wisdom of airing such personal information in a social media upload shared hours after Brooklyn’s scathing rant.
“He loves his wife,” the Bravo star said of Brooklyn on Instagram on Jan. 20, noting that “family drama is nothing special.”
The reality TV star empathized with Brooklyn’s need to reveal “one side of the story,” but noted that his comments further fueled an already explosive situation.
“Now it’s everyone’s job,” Frankel said in part.
“And if you don’t have a lot of media experience, you don’t realize that if you just say your opinion and think it’s going to get noticed, it might not get noticed.”
“And there’s usually no benefit to feeding, although sometimes it can be very tempting,” she continued.
While Frankel acknowledged that the public feud begs the question, “Is blood thicker than water,” she also wondered, in Brooklyn’s case, “was the juice worth the squeeze?”
Frankel expressed sympathy for everyone involved, but ultimately concluded that “it’s better to try to make things clean and good than to be completely at odds.”
Justin Anderson, Peltz’s former hairstylist
Peltz’s former hairstylist sided with Victoria and David in scathing comments on social media in response to the Jan. 19 Best of Bravo post.
“Brooklyn’s wife was one of the worst ‘celebrities’ I’ve ever worked with. That’s her,” he wrote, calling the model a “bad apple.”
“We all know the Beckham family is really close…” he continued.
Via her Instagram Stories, the hairstylist wrote: “Seeing[Nicola and Brooklyn]get married gave me a boost. I thought, ‘Oh, this can’t be good for that family.'” eerie energy. ”
“I don’t feel bad saying that,” he added. “When someone isn’t nice, it always shows. You can’t hide it.”
Anderson worked with Peltz on the “Transformers: Age of Extinction” press tour in 2014.
However, a source told Page Six on January 20 that “Nicola has never had a direct negative argument with Justin,” adding that “Nicola was only 18 when she last worked with him.”
Facialist Keren Bartov
Facialist Keren Bartov publicly supported the former Spice Girl on her Instagram Stories on January 20, without addressing Brooklyn’s comments.
“I highly recommend everyone to watch the Victoria Beckham show,” she wrote above a clip from the documentary series of the same name.
“A woman of great success, an inspiration, and most importantly, a wonderful woman with a kind heart and courtesy!”
Bartov tagged the fashion designer and added a white heart emoji to the upload.

Meanwhile, comedian Kathryn Ryan didn’t mince words when she appeared on the podcast Telling Everybody Everything on January 20th.
“I’m on David and Victoria’s side,” she said. “As a parent and as someone who has been a great young man, I think Brooklyn Beckham needs to grow up a little bit.”
She noted that Brooklyn comes from an “absolute dynastic family” and as such “has a lot of privilege.”
“I feel like he’s benefited a lot from this, but he doesn’t seem to have the emotional intelligence to say, ‘This sucked in many ways, but in many ways this has given me a great life,'” she said.
Ryan said she felt that the “nepo babies” sometimes “struggled to reach” their parents’ level of success.
She said the Brooklyn “rich boy’s” adventures, which included photography, cooking and modeling work, “have been inspired and led” by his famous parents.
“I don’t see any gratitude in these posts,” she said.

Rebecca Luce, David Beckham’s alleged ex-mistress, supported Brooklyn in response to a comment from a fan who encouraged her to read his statement.
“I’m so glad he’s standing up for himself and finally being able to speak out in public!!!! I felt so bad for his poor wife because I know all too well what that must be like!” she wrote.
Under the comment, “Interesting admission from Brooklyn,” Ruth also wrote, “The truth will always come out,” along with a red heart emoji.
Vanessa Marcille
Brian Austin Green’s ex Vanessa Marcil (although Green previously claimed he had no contact with his eldest son Cassius during his marriage to Megan Fox) expressed support for Brooklyn on her Instagram Stories on January 19th.
“Brooklyn Beckham has personality,” she wrote above a touching sunset snapshot.
“Developmentally, she is completely normal and healthy. She is a brave child ❤️”

Lily Allen appeared to vote for Team Brooklyn and Nicola by sharing fan art of the aspiring chef on her Instagram Stories on January 19, adding her hit song ‘West End Girl’ to the slide.
She credited digital media artist Glassface on the upload.
It’s unclear whether the hitmaker knows Brooklyn personally, but her songs are known to address her own personal frustrations with her ill-fated marriage to estranged husband and “Stranger Things” star David Harbour.
John O’Kane
Former Manchester United soccer star and former teammate of David Beckham, John O’Kane, publicly supported the eldest son of the Beckham family in a series of X posts on January 19th.
“I lived with Beckham for several years. Let’s just say he liked total control and was obsessed with perfection,” he wrote, along with a screenshot of Brooklyn’s lengthy statement.
“If Brooklyn had to say this and burn down a so-called perfect family. No matter what happened, Brand Beckham should never be in front of the kids!!”
In another post, he admitted that his upload “popped out” and sparked heated debate on social media.
“Some things are clear: Bex’s control/OCD obsession made him the football player he was. But no matter what happened to his son, he felt he had to say something. And I still believe you don’t disown your kids no matter what. But that’s just me.”
The next day, January 20, O’Kane appeared to encourage father and son to mend the growing rift.
“You have one firstborn and that bond should never break! I think Bex and son are a lot like stubborn people at heart,” she wrote alongside an old photo of David kneeling in a field with Brooklyn as a toddler. “
“Bury it and make up!” he added.
