For the second time this year, photographers caught a glimpse of Taylor Swift’s date style, this time on the East Coast. Swift and Kelsey enjoyed a night out at Chez Margaux in New York City. The singer chose a timeless black Louis Vuitton wrap coat for the night with a designer twist. The LV logo is fully featured on the cuffs of the sleeves. Swift finished the look with a matching black bag, tall boots, and her signature red lip.
Kelce, on the other hand, was more of a statement dresser, wearing a gray coat and blue and gray striped pants. The two were holding hands in the photo, which can be seen here.
On January 12, Swift and Kelsea were spotted on their first public date of the year at Funke in Beverly Hills. The warm California weather allowed the couple to wear bright outfits, with Swift opting for a gray blazer and white skirt.
This isn’t the first time Swift has worn a black Louis Vuitton coat for a night out in New York. She wore this on December 9, 2025.
Swift and her fiancé have stayed out of the spotlight for most of this year, but made a major release earlier this month. The star has released the music video for her second The Life of a Showgirl single, “Opalite.” The song topped the Billboard Hot 100 last week, becoming Swift’s 14th No. 1 song.
She celebrated the milestone on Instagram yesterday, sharing behind-the-scenes footage of the creation of the track. “To celebrate Hot 100 #1, here’s a little Opalite memory. You guys just got this song!!” she wrote. “I can’t even express my excitement and am so touched by the love you’ve shown this song and video. To put this into perspective…in fact, since the album 1989 came out in 2014, it’s been almost 12 years since we’ve had two Hot 100 hits from one album. This is the first time we’ve ever gotten a #1! I know this is a lot of numbers, but I’m so grateful to the fans who helped make this happen by welcoming this song into your life.” With open arms, I’m seriously bouncing off the walls for this!! I just wanted to say thank you, and I might buy a giant pretzel at the mall to celebrate, iykyk 🥨🌵🪨”
Swift revealed earlier this month that Kelsea helped bring about a remix of the song. She posted a screenshot of a DM conversation with DJ Chris Lake, who ultimately remixed the track.
