Mark Ruffalo has taken up some real-world knowledge while preparing for his role in the tasks of a new crime drama.
People recently caught up with the actor at the New York City premiere of the show on Thursday, September 4th at the Perelman Performing Arts Center.
“I’ve learned that the best FBI agents have a lot of empathy,” Ruffalo said.

I know this because True Star previously told people that he spent time with one person prior to this latest performance in the HBO miniseries.
“I spent a lot of time with FBI agent Scott Duffy, and that’s the least I’ve done,” he said on August 25th with all the president’s men who benefit the West Park center in New York.
The Marvel star also said he was pleased with the Philadelphia food scene where the show will be held. “I ate a lot of Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwiches. I just weighed a lot,” he recalled.

According to HBO, the task is “set in the working-class suburbs of Philadelphia,” and Tom Brandis is leading the task force “attempt to end a series of violent robberies led by unsuspecting family men.”
The drama also stars Ozark alumnus Tom Pelfrey as Robbie Prendagast, the father of two who are caught up in a life of crime.
The Seven Episode series comes from Blood Ingelsby of Marle, executive producer, East Town creator, along with Ruffalo.
The task ensemble also includes Coda star Emilia Jones, Wednesday’s Jamie McShane, Breakout So Mvedou, Dragon actor Fabian Frankel’s house, and the look-up Raul Castillo and Martha Plimpton.
Tasks will air Sundays at 9pm on HBO and HBO MAX.
