Wendy Williams has regained front row status at New York Fashion Week.
The former daytime host, who became an infamous guardian, is playing rounds at NYFW.
Williams appeared on Sunday at the Bach Mai show.
She was then in designer Dennis Basso’s Monday preview. When she heard designer Laquan Smith invited her to his show on Tuesday night, she said yes.
“She’s excited to go to Laquan and sit in the front row. He’s going to dress her and take a look. She’s excited about it,” the source told Page 6.
Williams has arrived at Basso’s NYFW presentation with restaurant fellow Max Tucci and news anchors nie, Alex Finney and Finney’s fiancee Eric Houston.
The station showed off his legs in a short yellow suit and found himself catching up with former “Wendy Williams Show” Barusch Shemtov.
At one point, Basso escorted her and said, “Everyone was excited to see her. All of these young people were taking photos and she was commenting on her clothes. She was there!” the spy said.
Sources previously told Page 6 that hitting NYFW was on Williams’ agenda and returned to her old self.
“She wants to go back to society. She wants to get bagels and rocks. It’s just a simple joy. She wants to go to Fashion Week!” Insider was previously added.
Our first source said she is completing her own sewing skills at the luxurious assisted living facility she is currently housed.
“She always has a needle and a thread. What else is she going to do?” they said.
According to the insider, Williams is not interested in returning to television as a talk show host.
But she continues to focus on getting out of guardianship and revealing what she calls the “abuse system,” her power lawyer Joe Takopina told Page 6.
