Entertainment law firm Weinstein Sr. LLP has promoted Matt Cuzoclaire to partner.
Kuzoclaire has been a legal strategist at the firm since Weinstein Sr. joined the firm last year, focusing on entertainment industry transactions. He has represented clients and companies in streaming, talent-driven, and IP-driven ventures.
Some of his more notable deals include overseeing the legal operations of MrBeast’s flagship YouTube channel, negotiating a brand deal with Beast Games for Prime Video, and supporting hit shows “Project Runway” and “Is It Cake?” Relaunching Spyglass Media, producer Liz Gateley facilitated the launch of Damsel Media. Cuzzocrea’s other notable clients include Marcus Lemonis’ media company, Scopely, and BYUtv.

His clients include Entertainment One, IPC, Westbrook Media, Adam DiVello’s Done and Done Productions, and Beyond Productions US. He also held positions at William Morris Endeavor, Del Shaw Moonves, and Irwin Entertainment.
