TWICE made history as the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. This year’s all-female performance lineup includes Karol G, Madison Beer, Missy Elliott, and four of the nine members: Nayeon, Jihyo, Tzuyu, and Momo. Their appearance comes as TWICE celebrates its 10th anniversary and prepares for the next leg of its This Is For World Tour.
Four of TWICE’s nine members, Nayeon, Jihyo, Tzuyu, and Momo, graced the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City tonight, performing groundbreaking renditions of “This Is For” and “Strategy.” With their performance, they became the first K-Pop girl group to take the stage in the history of the event. Fans were quick to share clips of the amazing moment on social media.
They join a lineup of headliners that includes Karol G, Madison Beer, and Missy Elliott.
The four singers were coordinating black and pink lingerie sets on stage. Before the performance, Jihyo spoke on the red carpet about the fact that members Jeongyeon, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung were unable to participate.
He said through an interpreter, “Usually we perform with nine people, but this time it’s a performance with four people, so I hope you enjoy this new performance.”
TWICE’s appearance came at a special time in their careers. The group recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and announced the extension of their This Is For World Tour, which kicks off in January 2026.
The tour follows the group’s fourth studio album of the same name, which Nayeon described to W Magazine as “a reflection of our growth and a gift to those who have grown up with us.” Dahyun added, “For has a double meaning. It’s the number 4, but it’s also the preposition for. So it’s for everyone and for the fans.”
Back in 2023, Jihyo spoke to ELLE about what performing means to her. “I personally have a lot of fun on stage. I enjoy every moment. It’s like acting and the process is really fun for me. That’s where I get my confidence and that’s why I shine on stage.”
