It’s always on her mind.
Victoria Beckham extended an olive branch to Brooklyn Beckham at the star-studded premiere of Netflix’s new tell-all documentary in London on Wednesday.
According to the Daily Mail, the fashion designer cheered for her eldest son during a speech at a cinema in Curzon Mayfair.
“My kids: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, Harper, and David — oh my goodness, he’s not even a kid!” she playfully said, before adding, “He’s doing great without the[prompt]cards!”
“It took this process for me to be truly proud of what I accomplished and to finally understand that I am enough. I’m grateful to my husband for convincing me, forcing me, and giving me a choice, David,” she continued.
“I live very much in the moment, I’m always looking forward, I’m very ambitious, and I have very big dreams. But this process forced me to reflect and look at my journey. It was a very emotional experience. I had never done anything like that before.”
The former Spice Girls singer, 51, later said making the documentary felt like “a year of intensive therapy” and went on to thank her parents Anthony and Jackie Adams and siblings Louise and Christian Adams for “everything”.
Brooklyn, which made Victoria famous, was created after the Cloud23 founder and his wife Nicola Peltz skipped the premiere of Victoria Beckham amid an ongoing family feud.
Victoria and David, 50, posed alongside Romeo, 23, Cruise, 20, Harper, 14, and Cruise’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30.
The group coordinated their outfits with the family patriarch and Romeo matching in all-white outfits, while the rest of the members wore black.
Victoria’s bandmates Geri Halliwell-Horner (Ginger Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) and Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice) were also in attendance. Mel B (Scary Spice) was absent from the event.
“Victoria Beckham,” which premieres Thursday on Netflix, follows Victoria’s journey from pop star to successful fashion designer.
Although Brooklyn and Peltz were absent from the premiere, they appear briefly in the three-part series.
The documentary was released after Page Six exclusively reported in June that the photographer-turned-chef was out with his family as he grew close to his in-laws, billionaire Nelson Peltz, and his wife Claudia Peltz.
“It’s all about Brand Beckham,” a source claimed at the time.
Meanwhile, Nicola is rumored to have a long-standing feud with her mother-in-law dating back to her 2022 wedding to Brooklyn. However, another source hit back at the time, saying: “Anyone who knows the Beckhams knows that they are loving, devoted and wonderful parents.”
Brooklyn revealed he was standing next to his wife when he broke his silence about the family drama that made headlines last month.
“There are always people who say negative things, but I have a very supportive wife,” he told the Daily Mail.
“Me and her, we’re just doing what we’re supposed to do. We’re just putting our heads down and working. And we’re happy. Everybody talks shit all the time.”
