Vera Wang is giving her opinion on Taylor Swift’s future bridal looks!
The 76-year-old iconic wedding dress designer reacted to the recent news of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey’s engagement during an interview with E! News at DKMS 19th Annual Gala held on October 14th. When asked if she had any ideas for the singer’s potential wedding dress, Ms. Wang made an exciting prediction.
“I don’t think there will be just one[dress],” Wang said, smiling at the camera. “But that’s just my guess.”

Wang is famous for dressing the weddings of a wide range of stars, including Gwen Stefani, Ariana Grande, Victoria Beckham, Alicia Keys and Hailey Bieber.
Regarding Swift, 35, and Kelsey, 36, getting engaged, Wang added, “I kind of had a feeling it was going to happen. I’m so happy for her.”
At the same event, fellow bridal designer Christian Siriano weighed in, telling E!, “I think Taylor will wear some kind of lace.” news.
Swift and Kelce first confirmed their relationship in October 2023 after Kelce was seen cheering on Swift on the Ella Tour, and Swift was also spotted cheering on Kelce at several Kansas City Chiefs games.
After dating for about two years, they announced their engagement in a joint post on Instagram on August 26th. In the post, Kelce shared a picturesque photo of his proposal, with Kelce down on one knee in a garden filled with white, pink and red flowers.
The caption of the post read, “Your English teacher and gym teacher are getting married🧨.”

Swift released her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on October 3, and following its release, a source told PEOPLE that Swift is ready to shift gears into wedding planning.

“She’s very focused on work. She’s not kidding when she says she’s exhausted. She’s ready to take some time off so she can focus on her wedding,” a source told PEOPLE on Oct. 6. “She’s very excited about planning the wedding.”
Another source tells PEOPLE that Swift and Kelsea are still in the exciting first moments of their engagement and haven’t reached any milestones yet.
“It’s still kind of strange and exciting and new to say ‘fiancée’ when talking about each other, and they both laugh every time they catch themselves saying it,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They just take it all in stride.”
The source continued: “They were so excited. They’re both really happy. It’s been a whirlwind, but that’s a good thing. They know how lucky they are to be in this moment together.”
