Here comes the bride.
Venus Williams showed excitement about her upcoming wedding to her fiancé Andrea Pretti by wearing an all-white during her outing in Italy on Thursday.
The tennis superstar, 45, was spotted rocking a white dress and sneakers while riding a golf cart through the village of Santangero.
She also wore a custom white sun hat with the words “sig.ra preti” on it. In Italian, “sig.ra” stands for signora and is translated into “Mrs.”
Witnesses also reported that they had seen other members of the wedding party wearing “team groom” and “team bride” t-shirts for a person.
Williams and Preti (37 years old) are Hola! According to the company, “I’ll do it” soon at an intimate ceremony held at the cliff lighthouse on an Italian island near the Amalfi coast.
The couple reportedly will serve guests at a reception at Lisola, an exclusive waterfront restaurant.
A Williams representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Page 6.
Williams recently confirmed his engagement to the Danish-born actor and producer in July after months of speculation surrounding their relationship.
“My fiancé is here and he really encouraged me to continue playing,” the professional athlete said in a post-game interview on July 22.
People say the pair was first romantically linked when they were discovered a boat on the Amalfi coast in July 2024. But they have since protected their romance almost from the spotlight.
Williams’ sister, Serena Williams, recently shared that she has dealt with “so many plans,” suggesting she plays a major role in her brother’s wedding celebrations.
“Did she want me to help her with some dresses or was her hairstyle?” the tennis champion told people this month. “She literally wanted 14 hairstyles. And she said, ‘What do you think?’ So she sent me her options, and within 30 minutes I completed them.
“I’m the one who organizes things, I’m a planner. I plan everything, like an event. I’m the one who gets things done.”
