Vanessa Hudgens is a mom again!
The High School Musical alum, 36, welcomed her second child with husband Cole Tucker. She announced the news on Instagram on Saturday, Nov. 29, sharing a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed and holding Mr. Tucker’s hand.
“Well….we did it. Another baby!!!” she wrote. “How grueling is childbirth. Big shout out to all moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️”
Many of her celebrity friends shared their love and well wishes in the comments, including Zoey Deutch and Mario Lopez.
The actress and former professional baseball player (29) first revealed her pregnancy on Instagram on July 12, almost a year after giving birth to her first child.
Hudgens announced the news alongside three photos of herself and Tucker smiling proudly while showing off her baby bump. In several snaps, the pair could be seen pointing at the actress’ stomach, laughing and smiling.
“Round 2!!!,” Hudgens captioned the photo.
The pregnancy announcement came a week after the actress posted a sweet tribute to her husband on Instagram on his 29th birthday. Hudgens shared an adorable photo of herself and the baseball player wearing funky sunglasses and making playful faces for the camera.
“Happy birthday to my best friend/lover/life partner,” the High School Musical alum wrote in the caption. “@cotuck You are everything to you. No one could do you better. 🥳🎂😘.”
“You’re the best mom, thank you ❤️,” Tucker replied in the comments section.
Hudgens enjoyed every moment of her second pregnancy, sharing several photos of her baby belly online. On July 12th, she posted several photos wearing a dark brown knit dress and showing off her growing belly. She added B2K and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ song “Bump Bump Bump” to her post, saying, “I couldn’t do anything with the audio lol.”
The actress then attended the At Home with Narwhal summer soirée in Los Angeles on Thursday, August 21st, and posed for photos at the event.
In her first public appearance since announcing she was pregnant with her second child, Hudgens wore an off-the-shoulder white bodycon dress and smiled for the cameras. She accessorized her outfit with some gold bangles and various rings and wore her hair in loose waves.
