Forget sweater weather. Kansas City has leather weather.
On Sunday, Oct. 19, Travis Kelce walked into the Kansas City Chiefs’ locker room wearing a sleek leather jacket and thin sunglasses reminiscent of the 1999 sci-fi movie “The Matrix.”
The Chiefs tight end, 36, arrived at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium ahead of a game against the Las Vegas Raiders wearing a black jacket over a collared shirt, black pants and black shoes.

Kelsey’s outfit comes a week after she appeared in a lumberjack-inspired ensemble at the Chiefs-Lions game on Oct. 12, showcasing a fit that subtly references her fiancé Taylor Swift’s song “Wood” from her recently released album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The top was a $1,690 long-sleeve Louis Vuitton shirt with the fashion house’s iconic monogram printed all over in shades of brown and a classic white collar. He paired it with tan cargo pants.
The outfit marked the second time in a row that the three-time Super Bowl champion has donned a fall outfit with a subtle take on the woodsy track. The week before, his outfit subtly paid homage to Swift’s 12th studio album.
Swift’s song “Wood” is believed to be about football players and masculinity, and may have inspired the forest-themed shirt Kelce wore before the Chiefs’ game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 6th.

“It’s a great song,” Kelce previously said of the racy song on the Oct. 8 episode of the New Heights podcast.
Meanwhile, Swift made her first public appearance this season in the Chiefs’ win over the Lions.
The outing also marked the pop superstar’s (and her giant engagement ring!) debut in the game, since she and Kelsey announced their engagement in August.
