Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have finalized their divorce after more than two years of separation.
The exes have reached an agreement to resolve all issues, including custody of their five children (Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8), US Weekly confirmed on Tuesday.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, 52, reportedly filed court documents Monday revealing that she and McDermott, 58, have reached an agreement regarding support and the division of assets.
Spelling has not yet submitted the deal to court, the newspaper said.
Representatives for Mr. Spelling and Mr. McDermott did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The former couple, who married in May 2006, sparked rumors that there was trouble in paradise in March 2021 when Spelling was spotted without her wedding ring.
That same year, Spelling admitted to sleeping in separate rooms with McDermott.
But during a family outing in October of the same year, they put up a united front and quelled the gossip.
Almost two years later, McDermott announced that she and Spelling were divorcing after 17 years of marriage.
“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that after 18 years together and five wonderful children, @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways and begin new journeys of our own,” McDermott wrote in a June 2023 Instagram post that has since been deleted.
“We will continue to work together as loving parents to guide and love our children through this difficult time,” he added.
McDermott later admitted to sharing this announcement during a bender and has since sought treatment for alcohol and pill addiction.
Spelling officially filed for divorce from the former “Chopped Canada” host in March 2024.
The actress cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of their breakup and asked for joint legal custody of their children.
During their contentious divorce, Spelling and McDermott’s financial woes were public knowledge, including that they were saddled with $400,000 in bank loans over 10 years.
Spelling even said on the podcast that she had to rely on OnlyFans to send all of her children to college.
McDermott moved on with girlfriend Lily Caro, and Spelling found love again with Neuron Syndicate CEO Ryan Kramer.
