Tom Bryce’s acting career reached a new peak when he starred as the snow of Young Coriolanus in 2023’s “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.” While some may think that making Hollywood’s major franchise films headline could dramatically bring about life-changing fame, Blythe recently told the Independent that his fanfare over the prequel to “The Hunger Games” was short-lived and “very fast and calm.”
“In this age of social media, everything gets hot for a minute and there’s something like this,” Blythe said. “It really taught me not to buy too much (things) and I’m happy that it happened when I was 19 or 20, not 27.
“The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes” certainly boosted Blythe’s career, but the 30-year-old actor doesn’t seem to be actively looking for another Hollywood franchise. Certainly, the boost of fame he gained from the prequel was big enough in where he is now a fixture on the Fashion Week show, but Blythe said, “You’ve been in this elite world for about five minutes, and then you’re back to real life.”
Blythe may boost an even bigger career early next year when Netflix streams “The People We Meet On Holidays,” a highly anticipated film adaptation of Emily Henney’s bestselling book streamer. Blythe has the romance headline opposite Emily Budder, and the film already has burnt fans who can turn the film into a streaming feel.
“It’ll probably last five minutes,” Blythe predicted independents about the expected success of “someone you meet on vacation,” streaming on Netflix on January 9, 2026. “Then I’ll go back to walking the dog.”
