Jimmy Kimmel’s cousin hinted at more “bombs” after ABC paused its late-night hosts over comments on Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

Sal Iacono hinted that more drama is about to unfold for “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” He hosted on Monday’s episode of “The Bill Simmons Podcast.”

“I could say anything. There are still a few bombs,” Iacono said.

Kimmel’s cousin Sal Iacono discussed tensions during Monday’s episode of “The Bill Simmons Podcast.”

The comedian, a longtime writer of Kimmel’s show who appeared in several episodes, said it “feels nice” despite tensions with the network.

“We’re fine. Everything’s going to be fine,” he said of the show’s staff.

Iacono also said Kimmel will be “great” with “whatever he wants to do” in his next career.

“Hey, listen, maybe he just wants to become a pop-up chef and start a barbecue around the South Bay Area. He’s going to do a great job,” Iacono joked, adding, “That’s all I have to say right now.”

“I really can’t say anything,” he continued. “You and I know too much. It’s very emotional.”

Iacono, professionally known as the cousin monkey, remained ambiguous, but Kimmel and the Shaw staff repeated that they “know too much.”

“It’s better if not just our cousins, but all the people who work for the show aren’t talking about this in any way,” he said.

Kimmel, 57, made his landfall in hot water last week after discussing the allegations of Kirk’s assassin Tyler Robinson in his monologue on his eponymous show.

“The Magazine gang is desperately trying to characterise the child who killed Charlie Kirk as something other than one of them, and they’re doing everything they can to score political points from there,” Kimmel said.

Kimmel then enjoyed how President Trump answered press questions about Kirk’s death and played clips of changing subjects by talking about renovations to the White House.

“He is in the fourth stage of grief: Construction,” Kimmel joked. “This is not a way to grieve someone’s murder that adults call friends. This is how a four-year-old laments the goldfish.”

FCC Commissioner Brendan Kerr then threatened to launch an official investigation into Kimmel’s remarks, and shortly afterwards Trump announced the true socially that the show had been “cancelled.”

TV conglomerate Nexstar Media also issued a statement threatening to pull Kimmel’s show, with ABC announced that the program will be “indefinitely ahead of time.”

Kimmel is reportedly “vividly” over the network’s decision to shut him down, but he is said to be already trying to cut ties with ABC.
