Britney Spears’ friend reportedly worried about the pop star as she lives in a “messy mansion” covered in dog poop.
The “toxic” singer “is having an episode now, so I’m going to see her fight like she’s been having for years,” the insider told the Daily Mail.
“People close to her have seen this many times and many times. They are being monitored, but they don’t do any type of intervention,” the source added.
Another person in Spears’ family said she was “worried” about the Grammy Award winner, adding that she “doesn’t work at all,” and that her friends and relatives are “fearing about her future.”
“Her house is a mess. She doesn’t clean after the dog. She doesn’t clean there every day. She doesn’t work for adults to work,” they added.
Page 6 contacted a Spears representative for comment but did not immediately respond.
Last month, the 43-year-old “Womanizer” singer sparked concern from fans after posting a strange video of herself dancing on a messy property in Thousand Oaks, California.
Spears shared two clips of herself singing Rihanna’s 2006 hit “Unfaithful” and Prince’s “Kiss.”
In the post, the “Crossroads” actress sang, danced, danced with British accents, wearing a “PJ,” consisting of a polka dot crop top, low-rise shorts and black knee high boots.
Several items were seen throughout the floor in the background.
“I’m messing around with the lighting and cleaning my house like tomorrow,” she captioned one of the posts.
Spears has overridden comments on her post, but fans have used X to express concerns about her behavior and the safety of her pets.
“God says what happened to poor Britney, this is the price of fame,” tweeted one person.
In November 2021, Spears was famously released from her 13-year legal sanctuary.
She has since posted more frequently on social media, including snaps of her being completely naked and snaps of her dancing with a sharp knife.
