“Revenge” star Christa B. Allen claimed that she escaped the cult after her romance with her leader almost ruined her life.
“How does it feel to rebuild your life after falling in love with a charismatic, wealthy cult leader who burned it to the ground,” she wrote on a video of Tiktok showing a play on grass.
Allen, 33, explained more about the situation where the emotional message was found in the video caption.
“Let me be very clear. No one can burn your life unless you access it to them. That’s the part I had to own,” she began.
“So I sat with the most difficult question: why did I trust him? Why did I hand over my power? Why did I silence my inner knowledge? The truth is selling fairy tales, and from a gorgeous penthouse and private jet, I foolishly bought it.”
The actress added that her relationship with the unnamed man taught her “even if you have a moment to wake up with someone… you may not know them yet.”
“Especially when you’re dealing with someone who’s just as easily lying down as you breathe,” she continued. “That perception shattered me, but it also forced me to rebuild from the ground.”
“One day, I share the perfect story, but for now I’m walking forward with a hard ground and a mind knowing how strong it is,” Allen concluded.
Allen also assured one of her fans in the comments section that despite her “really scary” experience, she is doing something “now surprising.”
Allen’s representatives were not immediately available on Page 6 for comments.
The actress has not been in public relations in recent years, but has not shared any other details about the suspected cult or its leader.
In March, she posted to Tiktok that she had lived in Miami for three years and completed the “Soul Mission” before returning to LA.
Allen linked to the game in July 2022, when the two shared a steamy kiss in a video of Tiktok which was later deferred, but the rapper later denied any romantic involvement.
“Christa and I have mutual friends. She attended the party on July 4th and I jumped on her Tiktok,” he told people at the time. “She’s a beautiful woman, but we’re not dating.”
The 13 Going On 30 star has become a social media star in recent years, gaining 1.8 million followers on Tiktok, with mostly motivational content.
She has also become a virus several times to recreate the character from the iconic 2004 ROM-COM’s “Young Jenna Rink.”
