Ozzy Osbourne’s family will spend a very British Christmas as they continue to mourn his death.
His daughter Kelly Osbourne revealed how the family plans to celebrate the holiday in an interview with The Sun published on Tuesday.
Kelly, 41, admitted: “We’re going to have a proper English Christmas, which I always love.”
The TV personality explained that they like to use traditional British Christmas crackers – a type of gift wrapping that breaks when pulled – for their celebrations.
“We don’t even have crackers in Los Angeles. You have to go to[specialty store]World Market to get them, and they don’t even have the best ones,” she explained.
Kelly said that in addition to the fun crackers, she also planned to watch Charles III’s Christmas speech.
“There will be 14 people participating that day, so I ordered everyone to wear matching pajamas,” she revealed. “We’re going to sit in front of the TV.”
Kelly said this year’s gathering will be emotional as it will be her first Christmas without her father.
“I just want to spend Christmas without crying,” Kelly said.
Kelly, who has a three-year-old son, Sydney, with rocker fiancé Sid Wilson, did not reveal which family members would be around the tree.
Ozzy’s mother Sharon Osbourne has two other children with the Black Sabbath frontman, Amy, 42, and Jack, 40. Ozzy also has three children, Elliott, 59, Jessica, 53, and Louis, 50, with his first wife Thelma Riley.
The Prince of Darkness passed away on July 22nd after a years-long private battle with Parkinson’s disease. He was 76 years old.
Earlier this month, Sharon, 73, and her children celebrated Ozzy’s birthday by placing him with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“We love you, Daddy,” read a wooden tag signed by Lewis, Amy, Kelly and Jack. A second plaque from his widow read: “Happy Birthday, my love. Everlasting love, Sharon.”
Around that time, Kelly was spotted looking much slimmer than she had been a few months earlier and expressed health concerns.
She mentioned the GLP-1 speculation and explained that her dramatic weight loss occurred after losing her father.
“My father just passed away and I’m doing the best I can. All I have to live for now is my family,” she said in an Instagram post. “And I decided to share my content with you all and share the happy side of life instead of the miserable side of life.”
At the end of her message, Kelly slammed the internet trolls who body-shamed her, adding: “So to all of you, please leave.”
