Spoiler Alert: Details for “The Masked Singer” Season 14 Episode 8, “OzzFest Night,” which aired on March 4 on FOX, are below.
All Jack Wagner needs is a little more time. To find out how he feels. Was it all in his mind? After all, it seems hard to believe that all he needed was “The Masked Singer.”
Sadly for the “General Hospital” and “Melrose Place” alum, he was the star of tonight’s cast. And now he is sure of his position. Wagner was the latest celebrity to reveal his true identity as Nas on season 14 of the Fox singing reality competition.
This week, “The Masked Singer” paid homage to Ozzy Osbourne with “Ozzy Osbourne,” featuring guest panelist Kelly Osbourne (who played Ladybug in Season 2).
None of the panelists got the answer right, but Ken Jeong guessed that another “General Hospital” alumnus, Rick Springfield, came closest. Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg was accompanied by REO Speedwagon’s Kevin Cronin. Rita Ora thought Nathan Lane and Robin Thicke chose Kenny Loggins. Osborne named him Alice Cooper.
Here’s what Wagner, who plays Nas, said in his first appearance this season: “I have 50 years of experience playing in many different fields. I stand up for people. I represent rock stars, captains, and many lovers. I’ve gotten along well with everyone, Jason Bateman, Jack Nicholson, Clint Eastwood. So vote for me and let’s shoot for the stars. ”
In his second appearance, he added, “Life happens quickly, especially in the land of opportunity, like when we failed to record ‘We Are the World,’ one of the most iconic moments in pop history.” He received a private invitation from Quincy Jones. Suddenly, I was hanging out with 45 of music’s greatest legends. Well, I topped the charts myself, but I was blown away by the stars. Springsteen. Turner. Dylan. Then MJ came over and said, “I loved your album.” And your voice. Please continue doing what you are doing. ” I was very inspired. ”
Wagner’s recent credits include “When Calls the Heart” and various Hallmark Channel movies. In 2012, she also appeared on “Dancing with the Stars.”
Contestants Pangolin, Eggplant, High Voltage and Galaxy Girl opened the show by singing Osbourne’s signature song, “Crazy Train.”
In this week’s episode, the bottom two were Eggplant and High Voltage. The two fought by playing their own versions of Ozzy Osbourne’s “Iron Man.” High Voltage was saved, and Nas was exposed as Wagner.
With Nasu gone, High Voltage, Pangolin, Galaxy Girl, Stingray, Cat Witch, Pugcasso, and Crane remain in the competition.
Jack Wagner (Eggplant) joins Heidi Montag (Snow Cone), Billy Ray Cyrus (Owl), Teddi Mellencamp (Cara Lilly), Claudia Oshley (Queen Corgi), Taraji P. Henson (Scarab), Tone Locke (Handyman), Tiffany Haddish (Lee Foo Foo), Todd and Julie Chrisley (Croissant), and David “Big Papi”. “The Masked Singer” Season 14 stars Ortiz (Google Eyes) as the first celebrity to be unmasked so far.
Season 14 will see the return of host Nick Cannon and panelists McCarthy Wahlberg, Chung, Ora, and Thicke.
New this season is “America’s Insider,” where singer, dancer and social media personality Kylie Cantrall shares behind-the-scenes hints and tips with viewers. Twist: Cantrall wears a cat witch costume, but only removes her mask for the viewer. So viewers know who she is, but the panelists don’t.
“The Masked Singer” Season 14-themed episodes include homages to “Star Trek,” the ’90s comedy “Clueless,” the comic book series “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and the blockbuster movie “The Twilight Saga.” Fox’s new “Fear Factor” reboot will also feature “Fear Factor: House of Fear Night” host Johnny Knoxville, and “Ozzfest Night” will honor the late rocker Ozzy Osbourne, including a special tribute by “The Masked Singer” alum Kelly Osbourne (Season 2’s Ladybug) paying tribute to her father’s musical influence.
Season 14’s 18 masked contestants include Eggplant, Pukasso, Queen Corgi, Croissant, Owl, 14 Karat Carrot, Snow Cone, Galaxy Girl, High Voltage, Gyoggly Eyes, Scarab, Handyman, Crane, Le Fou, Pangolin, Stingray, Cat Witch, and Calla Lily.
According to the show, the season 14 contestants have sold a total of 94 million records, earned 47 Teen Choice Award nominations, 12 Emmy nominations, two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, one Tony Award win, and one Academy Award nomination.

We went through everything together. The practices, the wins, the losses. But if you want higher stakes in the game, there’s more to it than just playing. I knew I had to do something. And I went out on my own. It could have been a disaster. But I’m running a business, a band, a podcast, etc. to keep me going. But I don’t think I’ve reached my final destination yet.”

Everyone… I was sitting at the piano and singing at the top of my lungs, just for me. They were so nervous to sing and didn’t want me to fail, so the festival I had dreamed of as a child wasn’t so impossible after all.”

He sent a friend to tell me, “That’s right, I was trying to be an eggplant.” Parmesan, I’m sorry, but this vegetable is off the market. But that rock and roll spirit is still there.

When I started, I was living and working out of a van. I almost gave up. Then all of a sudden fame came and I was pulled in so many directions. I felt like I needed to please everyone, or that everything I had worked so hard for might disappear. But sometimes I felt like it might all go away.” “Take is a powerful song that brings you out of the darkness. I let it become my armor to stand up for myself.
