Xtronomer CEO Andy Byron and his wife Megan Kerrigan are still strong months after Coldplay’s kiss-cam scandal.
Photos obtained by the Daily Mail on Tuesday showed the couple going for a walk and enjoying a picnic at the beach in the sunset.
Parents who share their two sons were seen sitting in lounge chairs wearing sweaters, eating snacks and soda.
They later happily sported both their wedding rings and walked hand-in-hand down the street on their morning walks.
The news comes months after Megan took a break from social media after she removed the married name from her account, reportedly fleeing the home of a couple in Massachusetts and hiding in their main property.
Byron and Cabot made their first headlines in July after finding a close canoeing at a Cold Play concert in Boston.
At the time, the pair was believed to be involved in the incident after being caught up in the venue’s jumbotron screen during the band’s kiss-cam segment.
A video from the show shared online shows Byron wrapping his arm around his arm in an intimate embrace before he leaves the view on camera.
“They’re either cheating or very shy,” frontman Chris Martin joked about the incident, but the next day quickly turned into a viral moment.
Shortly afterwards, it was reported that Cabot and Byron were married to others. As previously reported, Cabot was still married to her second husband, Andrew Cabot.
Andrew previously shared a speech with him and Christine (who shared Rye, New Hampshire) in September – claimed that he was already separated at the time of the scandal.
“Their divorce decision was already underway before that night,” the spokesman said. “Now that the divorce filing has been made public, Andrew hopes that this will provide a closure to speculation and enable the privacy that his family has always cherished.”
Byron and Cabot have resigned from their respective posts of astronomers in light of the incident. However, a source close to a former HR executive claimed that she and Byron were just friends when they attended the show together.
“Kristin and Andy had great working relationships, great friendships. There was no relationship,” a source insisted to people last Tuesday.
“It’s inappropriate to hug your boss at a concert and she accepts full responsibility for it,” the insider continued.
