Terry Crew ensures that fitness remains his number one priority.
On Thursday, September 24th, the 57-year-old crew participated in the American Gott Talent Season 20 Finale Red Carpet at Hotel Dena in Pasadena, California.
The AGT host says one thing is that no matter how busy he is, he “never misses” workout.
“Look, a lot of people will feel like, ‘Yeah, he has a lot to do today, maybe he missed training.’ I will never miss out on it,” the crew tells people.

The Brooklyn 99 alum says he started the day with the exercise. It’s not just about taking photos for accountability that he keeps in mind that he will work on the movement.
“So, I’m training so that I can (just) take a picture of my training in the morning (because it’s training,” Cruz says. “Do you know what I mean? One thing people forget is discipline.”
He continues, “But discipline is not a punishment. It is training. Therefore, you have to train yourself.
“And I want to do this for the rest of my life, so I’m always ready,” he adds.
The crew describes the training as a “fun” part of his routine.
“It’s fun, but I love my job,” he says. “And you have to prepare. Do you know what I mean? I respect talent so much that I’m not ready. It doesn’t respect everyone who gave me so much.”

“I mean, you got (aerial acrobatic duo) Sirca Marea there and turned their lives upside down and put them in danger,” he adds. “Hey guy, Terry Crew, get there and get ready. Stay on time for these guys. Get ready for them.”

In addition to the job demands, the crew shares five children, 36, Azriel, 35, Terra, 26, Winnie, 22 and 20 year olds.
He previously revealed that he is extremely “tired” as he can burn up to 7,000 calories in one episode after filming AGT.
“You have to get fit. That’s one thing, I have to condition myself,” Cruz said on Jimmy Kimmel Live to spend the day! August. “Literally, I’m waking up. I’m getting ready. I’m doing everything.”
“It’s the most difficult, most satisfying, most amazing show and work in the world,” he added, saying AGT.
