He’s a tight end and she’s in the bleachers!
Taylor Swift’s return to Arrowhead Stadium to cheer on Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs means this could be just the beginning of this season’s parade of stylish game day outfits.
On Oct. 12, the 35-year-old pop star made her first public appearance this season at a Chiefs game, sticking to tradition and turning the venue into her own personal runway in the ultimate WAG look.
Swift wore a black jersey with “Kansas City Chiefs” written in red and white on the front. As seen on the broadcast, she accessorized with gold jewelry, including a necklace, earrings, and a stack of rings.

Her look is very Swift, bringing back her signature red lip and black winged liner. She wore her hair back in a ponytail and let her iconic bangs fall free.
Swift’s attendance at the Chiefs-Lions game will be the first time she has been publicly featured on the broadcast this season. She previously supported her fiancé and team on September 14th and September 28th.
Now, she’s back in the suite with Kelsey’s parents, Donna Kelsey and Ed Kelsey. Also in attendance was WNBA star and Chiefs fan Caitlin Clark.

The game comes on the heels of a busy period for the pop superstar, who just released her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl, on Oct. 3, but a source told PEOPLE in June that he was excited to support the NFL tight end this season.

“The past two seasons have been a whirlwind of performances across multiple countries, long flights, and trying to carve out as much alone time as possible together. It hasn’t been easy, but they’ve made it work,” a source said.
They went on to say, “Now that the Elas tour is over, her schedule is even more open and we are truly excited to have the time and flexibility to show up for Travis on a more consistent basis.”
This season will be a special one for the singer and her soccer player sweetheart, as the two announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post on Aug. 26.
The couple posed for photos with flowers in the background and showed off their love, with Swift showing off her giant engagement ring, designed by Kelsey.
The post was captioned, “My English teacher and my gym teacher are getting married.”

The pop star attended the Chiefs’ home opener on Sept. 14, but it was held away from cameras.
Since Swift made her WAG debut two years ago, her game day style has evolved from casual, cool looks to serious ensembles that look straight out of the runway.
Last season, the Grammy winner arrived at soccer matches wearing brands like Louis Vuitton and Chanel.
At the LIX Super Bowl, she unexpectedly appeared wearing white instead of Chiefs colors.
She paid a tender homage to Kelsey by wearing a “T” charm on her necklace, an accessory she recycled from her 2025 Grammys red carpet look, but as theories about the showgirl’s life now prove, the initials may have hinted at much more.
Swift released The Life of a Showgirl on October 3rd, and has been busy promoting the album with a press tour in the days since.
