It rings in a new era.
Taylor Swift is wasting no time getting ready to walk down the aisle, at least when it comes to her jewelry.
The “Oparite” singer, 35, wore not one but two diamond wedding rings during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday, Oct. 6, and stacked a sparkler on her left index finger alongside the stunning engagement ring she received from fiancé Travis Kelsey.
Swift chose the East West Set Pear-Shape Eternity Band and the East West Marquise Eternity Band from A.Jaffe’s wedding ring collection.
Each band is set with rows of diamonds, creating a dazzling effect even on screen, but it was Swift’s Kindred Lubeck’s old mine-cut engagement ring that host Fallon, 51, joked was “dazzling.”
“It’s crazy, it’s crazy,” the “Antihero” chart-topper agreed, praising its brilliance. “I see it all the time, and it’s completely out of the ordinary for me. I still think, ‘Oh, wow!’
Designer diamonds complemented her sparkling silver off-the-shoulder Giuseppe di Morabito minidress.
She accessorized with Claressa platform sandals by Jimmy Choo, diamond earrings by EF Collection, Anita Ko, Nicole Rose, and a diamond bracelet by Saidian Vintage Jewels.
The Grammy Award winner and Kelsey, 36, announced their engagement in August after two years of dating. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end worked with Lubeck of Artifex Fine to design the meaningful ring himself.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show, Swift gushed about the proposal.
“I thought, ‘He’s so serious about this, and I really appreciate that,'” she told Fallon. “Then I kind of realized he was walking around nervously about the[New Heights]podcast and was like, ‘My heart is beating, I know how much this means to you, I really hope this is what you want,’ because we were talking about doing the podcast and putting out the album.”
The appearance marks another headline in Swift’s recent whirlwind press tour in support of her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, which has also included appearances on podcasts (most notably Kelsea’s New Heights to announce the album), radio shows and late-night shows.
Swift will conclude the week with an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Wednesday night.
