Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were able to put their roots in this multi-million-dollar Ohio Manse.
Earlier this summer, the engaged pair was discovered as they were having lunch at JoJo’s chic French bistro in Chagrin Falls, an idyllic village near Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland Heights. And then there was a talk of them hunting homes in the area.
Local sources say there is high speculation that the pair checked out a $18 million mansion at nearby Hunting Valley.
The vast real estate offers plenty, but the real selling point for couples may be a music studio where Swift can weave Sonic’s magic.
The property was newly built in 2018 and is said to be relatively untouched.
The house said “his husband died during Covid,” an insider said, “he and his wife barely lived in the property.”
The spacious 61.26 acres, 6 bedroom, 13 bathroom estate (built by architect Charles Fazio and interior designer Alirol, yacht) offers ample privacy and ample space to welcome famous friends, including the sisters of Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and the families of Heim, Kelse and Swift.
Images of the spread show us what is like a big dining room for entertainment, a wine cellar, a billiards room, and, although not named on the list, look like a cinema.
Kelse, who could retire from the NFL at the end of the following season, was able to shape it in a golf simulator, home gym, sauna and steam room.
For outdoor entertainment, or perhaps one of Swift’s famous July parties, there’s a pool, patio, outdoor kitchen and a fire pit.
The house is built in the middle of a densely wooded area, offering additional privacy for famous couples.
Local sources point out that rural areas can be great for couples as they don’t have paparazzi like in big cities.
Chagrin Falls is just a short distance away, with plenty of dining options such as stunning waterfalls and 17 River Grills for views and delicious Italian views.
Also includes the local favorite ice cream spot, The Popcorn Shop, as well as books with picturesque town gazebos and charming fireplaces.
Cuyahoga Airport, where you can land jets, is just 20 minutes away, while Cleveland Barclay Lakefront Airport is around 30.
Another bonus: Swift grew up with horses, and the area had some equestrian traits, where she was able to ride and ride the beast.
Kelse grew up near Cleveland Heights and was located within 30 minutes.
Swift reportedly owns at least eight homes.
Zillow’s agent had no comments.
Kelce and Swift representatives did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
