Taylor Swift is once again embroiled in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal battle as trial start date approaches

Taylor Swift is once again embroiled in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal feud.

The pop star’s name appeared on a list of questions prepared “collaboratively” by Lively and Baldoni’s legal teams on Friday and was expected to be used to select jurors for the “It Ends With Us” trial in May.

One of the many questions asked is, “Do you know the following people who may hear from you or hear from you during the trial?” According to court documents viewed by Page Six.

Swift’s name comes after a long catalog of other celebrities who may testify or be mentioned at the trial.

The lawyers also added a note asking potential jurors if they knew Baldoni, Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds, her sister Robin Lively, or several members of her “Seraph of the End” cast, including Hasan Minhaj, Jenny Slate and writer Colleen Huber.

In another update to the case, Ms. Baldoni’s team on Friday filed another application asking the court to extend its review of “Mr. Lively’s extensive list of witnesses and exhibitors,” which her lawyers filed this week in a joint pretrial order.

“The Lively list is currently impractical for both pretrial and trial purposes, obfuscates the witnesses and evidence that Wayfarer parties must actually confront, and creates a great deal of unnecessary work at a time when both parties should be focusing their efforts toward trial,” the filing states.

Baldoni’s lawyers argue that the 38-year-old “Gossip Girl” star has presented a large body of evidence that has “limited relevance or practical value” and “suggests little discrimination as to what might actually be admissible at trial.”

For example, the team claimed that Lively included a link to an article about Taylor Swift’s cookie recipe, as well as “a speech Lively gave about her husband Ryan Reynolds’ commitment to family” and various photos of Lively and Taylor Swift.

“It is highly unlikely that Lively would present such materials, and it is highly unlikely that the jury would gain any insight from them,” the document reads.

Baldoni’s lawyers also filed a request for an extension of review of 68 exhibits Lively submitted to the court on Friday (pictured above on the set of Baldoni’s “It Ends With Us”). GC images

Lawyers are requesting an additional week to review 68 exhibits that Lively and her defense team have submitted to the court.

Representatives for Lively, Baldoni and Swift did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

TMZ first reported the news.

As we previously reported, Baldoni scored a major legal victory in a lawsuit earlier this month after 13 of Lively’s claims against the Wayfarer Studios co-founder were dismissed.

Both stars are scheduled to face off in court next month over the remaining three claims against Baldoni: breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting retaliation, after both sides refused to negotiate a settlement.

“We are extremely pleased that the court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and all claims brought against the individual defendants,” Baldoni’s team said in a statement to Page Six at the time.

“These are very serious allegations, and we appreciate the court’s careful consideration of the facts, the law, and the extensive evidence provided.”

Lively also addressed the court’s decision in a statement she shared on Instagram, saying, “Although I never wanted a lawsuit in my life, I am filing this lawsuit because I have faced and continue to face pervasive retaliation for demanding a safe working environment for myself and others, both publicly and privately.”
