It looks like Blake Lively and Taylor Swift still have some bad blood in their veins.
The sleazy Instagram account DeuxMoi reported this week that the former friends had had a “low-key” reunion after their relationship soured in the aftermath of Lively’s courtroom drama with Seraph of the End director Justin Baldoni, but Page Six reported otherwise.
“They have not been in touch,” a source told Us, adding that the once-close pair have not spoken since last winter, when the drama surrounding the affair began to unfold.
Another source confirmed that the former best friends have never spoken or met, but declined to elaborate on their dates.
The “Ophelia’s Destiny” singer and the “Gossip Girl” star were previously frequently photographed having dinner together, but have not been seen together in public.
Things got sour between the longtime friends after Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024, alleging sexual harassment, breach of contract and retaliation. Baldoni filed a $400 million countersuit in January 2025, accusing Lively of extortion and defamation.
Baldoni claims Lively used her friendship with Swift as a weapon, with text messages made public in which Lively famously called Swift a “dragon” with her husband Ryan Rayols.
“The message could not be clearer,” the complaint says. “Baldoni wasn’t just dealing with Lively; he was also dealing with Lively’s ‘dragons,’ two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were unafraid to make things very difficult for him.”
Mr. Baldoni claimed in his complaint that a “close, well-known” friend was also present when he was invited to Mr. Lively and Reynolds’ New York penthouse.
Baldoni claimed that Reynolds and a “friend” (allegedly Swift) went on a rant about Lively rewriting a scene from the domestic violence drama, which is based on the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover.
“I really love what you’ve done. It’s really, really helpful,” Baldoni wrote in a text message. “It’s been really fun and interesting (I would have felt the same way if it wasn’t for Ryan and Taylor).”
A source said in February that the debacle made Swift feel “used.”
“Taylor really wishes Blake had never dragged her into this situation,” the source said. They have been “friends for many years, and while Taylor values true friendships, she can’t help but feel used at the moment.”
Another source told Us in August that Swift “will forever be furious that Blake was using her for influence and leverage in his relationship with Justin. She really hates that Blake would even think that way, much less write an email about what she did.”
Documents obtained by Page Six in September said Swift had “consented” to be removed over the matter, but the songstress’ lawyers denied in a letter to Judge Louis J. Lehman that she had consented to testify.
“My client did not consent to a deposition,” Swift’s lawyers said in a statement. “However, if she is forced to take a deposition, we have advised her (after first hearing about the deposition only three days ago) to fit the necessary time into her schedule during the week of October 20th.”
Mr. Baldoni’s $400 million counterclaim was dismissed by a judge in June, but Mr. Lively’s case is still ongoing.
Swift has recently been promoting her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” which was released on October 3rd. She was also spotted cheering on her fiancé, Travis Kelce, at a Kansas City Chiefs game. And on Sunday, she was spotted with basketball superstar Kaeltin Clark at Arrowhead Stadium as Kelce’s team played against the Detroit Lions.
Reps for Lively and Swift did not respond to requests for comment.
