Months after Page Six exclusively revealed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey’s wedding will take place in Rhode Island, a new report claims that Taylor Swift is converting her $17 million New England mansion into her dream wedding venue.
According to the US Sun, Swift plans to create a new garden on the property.
The “Cruel Summer” singer and her fiancé initially considered tying the knot in Italy, but her home has given them more options for their upcoming wedding.
The couple are said to be prepared to spend $1.2 million on landscaping alone, including gardeners, experts, and extra security to ensure the development remains hidden until the big day.
Officials said Swift hopes to plant red roses, hydrangeas, orchids and peonies on the property “several months in advance.”
“She wants the whole celebration to feel like a wave of flowers, with arrangements of white, purple and pink orchids, as well as blue, white and pink hydrangeas, and peonies in shades of pink, white and red.”
According to sources, the singer also wants to give a bouquet of red eternal roses to all his girlfriends who were invited.
“Taylor dreams of being completely surrounded by flowers, with lush flower bushes everywhere, and her teenage dream of getting married in a sea of flowers comes true,” they added.
Representatives for Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The wedding venue reveal comes weeks after US Sun reported that Swift had chosen close friends Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid as two of her bridesmaids.
“Taylor wants to start the wedding process this way: creating a bridesmaid group and involving everyone in the preparation, celebration, and planning,” a source said at the time.
“She wants to make the parties, trips, and time together leading up to the big day fun and memorable for everyone.”
Gomez just married Benny Blanco in September and has asked the “Opalit” singer for help planning her wedding.
In August, Kelsey, 36, popped the question to Swift, 35, after two years of dating.
“An English teacher and a gym teacher are getting married,” the couple captioned an Instagram photo of a garden proposal taken at the NFL star’s Leawood, Kansas, mansion.
An official wedding date has not yet been revealed, but a source previously told Page Six that “they plan to get married next summer” as she is “in a hurry to have a baby.”
