Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran supported Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco on their big day.

Swift, 35, and Sielen, 34, spoke at the wedding reception for Gomez, 33, and Blanco, held in California on Saturday, September 27th. (The musicians are all friends, and 37-year-old Sheeran and Blanco have worked on several albums together.)

Others who shared the words on their fiancé include Gomez’s mom Mandy Teefay and her stepfather Brian Teefay, as well as Blanco’s parents Sandra and Andrew Levin.

“At the reception, everyone was relaxing and celebrating the night,” the source says. “The atmosphere was very enjoyable.”

“They were shining all night and both Serena and Benny couldn’t stop smiling. There was so much love in the room,” they added.

Gomez announced that she and Blanco said “I” when they shared an Instagram post featuring a series of photos and clips from their fiancées. She wrote “🤍9.27.25” in the caption.

Slanco later shared images of herself from the couple’s special day. “I married an actual Disney princess,” the music producer wrote on his Instagram account.

Other guests at the pair’s wedding included Steve Martin and Martin Short. He gave speeches together at rehearsal dinners, Paul Rudd, Paris Hilton, SZA, Camilla Cabello, Cala Delevinne, Eric Andre and Finnies.

Gomez’s Emilia Perez co-stars Edgar Ramirez and Zoe Saldanha were also present.

From the beginning, Swift has shown her support for her relationship with Gomez with Blanco, from giving the couple homemade sourdough to sharing sweet feelings online.

After the only murder at the building star announced its engagement on Instagram on December 11, 2024, Swift made a quick comment. “Yes, I’ll be a flower girl,” she wrote.

Gomez reciprocated love with each other when Swift announced his engagement to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelles on August 26th.

The next day, the Wizards of Waverly Place alumni re-shared their engagement photos on their Instagram stories, captioning “When Bestie got engaged.”

The actress and singer also re-shared love advice Swift tweeted to her in April 2009. “Real love still happens sometimes. It’s not just something we make up when we’re nine. I have to believe it too. You do too.”

While appearing on Spotify’s Countdown on March 19th, Gomez and Blanco opened about one of the first parties they attended together was something Swift threw after the awards show. “No one knew we were dating and we were hiding,” Blanco said at the time.

Swift has been friends with Gomez since dating Jonas’ brother in 2008 (The “Cruel Summer” singer saw Joe Jonas, and Gomez was linked to Nick Jonas).

“Taylor and I went on a date with Jonas Brothers,” Gomez told Jake Shane about how she and Swift met when they appeared on the Influencer’s August 7 episode of Therapas and the Jake Shane podcast. “I dated Nick and she dated Joe. And it was all, it was cute, we were young. We all know each other and are so cute. I don’t know what we were doing.

Gomez was 18 when she was about 15 years old, Swift was about 18, and now 33 years old when she dated Nick and Joe.

Gomez said the pair continued to become “best friends” when they “bound on division, as girls do.”

“And we were stuck due to all the ups and downs that came afterwards, and here we are in 16 years,” she added.
