Taylor Momassen’s abs stole the show on the 2025 MTV VMAS red carpet on Sunday night.
Talking to page 6 on the carpet, Mamasen praised her torn physique for her new fitness fixation.
“Consistency is a secret. I have a lot to think about,” she said. “I try to do something every day. It just makes me feel better. It’s clear both mentally and physically.”
The 32 singers pointed out one sport as a specific passion and confessed the impure motivations of a fierce training regimen.
“Boxing is my new obsession at the moment,” she said. “I secretly want to be ‘Buffy the vampire killer’ so I seem to be trying to do it in real life. ”
Even without vampires, Mamasen has been busy these days. On Friday, her band released their new single, “For I Am Death,” with a distinctively dark, horror-inspired video.
“I’m extremely proud of it. I’m very excited that it’s coming out. That’s just the very beginning of what’s going on,” she told Page 6.
“Look tuned as I keep saying that the next 12 months will definitely go crazy in a rather reckless world,” she continued.
Rocker also reflected her musical inspiration, particularly her respectful and respectful ceremony at the Black Sabbath and the late Ozzy Osbourne.
