Taylor Frankie Paul has given a graphic glimpse into the reality of her “hell on earth” amidst a domestic violence scandal.
“Each time I had a panic attack, I prayed for strength because I felt my body collapse and snap out of all the suffering,” the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star, 31, wrote on Instagram on Easter Sunday.
“And he sent me undeniable signs of ‘I’m with you’ in so many ways and so many different ways. I can’t wait to share that part,” she continued. “I have prayed since I was a little girl and have never swerved because I believe God especially wants us to ask for help when we are at rock bottom.”
The devastated “Bachelorette” concluded, “But instead of just asking, I switched to thanking him at the end of every day, no matter how low I felt.”
The reality star’s social media uploads included screenshots of vulnerable text messages and crying selfies, as well as photos of notes written on the Bible.
“I have never felt pain like I am now,” she wrote. “I can’t breathe. I’m sad, I’m so sad, I’m in so much pain. I can’t wait to help people in this situation.”
Paul also shared a photo of her skin breaking out while in a “frenzy” and photos of the products she uses, including pain relief patches.
Co-star Jesse Draper also sent a message of support, writing, “I love you ❤️ You are the strongest person I know.”
In a story the same day, Paul wrote about “turning away” from the Mormon faith and “writing it out as liberation.”
“I will always have love and respect for this work,” she began her long message. “I will still be traveling with my family from time to time. Having said that, the time has come for me to be away from my family.
“I’m a strong believer in Christ, God, the Bible, and God,” Paul continued. “We believe that we are loved, even if we are praying in a church building from the bathroom floor at home.”
“I too have experienced grace and love from wonderful people who have no idea what they believe, and that’s okay. Being there means there’s more to learn,” he concluded.
Paul’s troubles began in March when SLOMW stopped filming after he and ex Dakota Mortensen have been under investigation for domestic violence since February.
Her upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” was canceled when footage from their previous match in 2023, which infamously resulted in Paul’s arrest, was leaked.
Paul is currently being investigated for further incidents of suspected domestic violence in his past.
She released a statement last month blaming the scandal on an “aggressive and jealous ex-partner who refused to move on.”
Mortensen denied this “deeply upsetting” characterization and filed for a protection order against Paul.
As a result, Paul will temporarily lose custody of his two-year-old son, Ever, and a court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
