Tarek El Mussa finally breaks silence with his elderly father in the “unhappy” Battle of Las Vegas

Tarek El Moussa speaks out three months after being caught up in a physical battle during a family trip to Las Vegas.

The 44 Flip Off Star finally broke the silence in the June incident in a recent video interview with Entertainment Tonight. He was eventually exempt from the judge, but El Musa never formally dealt with the argument.

“It was a truly unfortunate incident,” he told the outlet during the interview, featuring his wife, Heather Ray El Musa. “I was put in a really strange situation where I had to protect my father.”

“Fortunately, everything is fine. I think it’s all gone and I’m doing it now,” El Musa continues looking at his wife.

Heather replies, “Yes, it’s cleared.”

The video also included body cam footage from the moment after the incident.

In the footage, also obtained by people, Tarek can be seen wearing a torn shirt, as he was questioned by an officer in a small room with his elderly father.

The HGTV star recalled the incident with the officer, saying in the footage, “I put my chest on my chest and said, ‘Hey, there’s a problem, this is my dad.'”

However, after he realizes that the other man has been injured, he insists that he “sudden” the fight.

“If I can get everything back, of course you know I will,” he adds to the footage.

Despite the intense quarrel, Tarek tells ET that everything is all good now.

“Yeah, everyone’s fine. I’ve never been troubled by the law,” he says. The interviewer jumps in and asks, “Is the record clear?” He replies, “Yeah, everything is good.”

The incident occurred on June 5th in the resort Palazzo in Venice, people previously reported. At the time, Tarek was traveling to Las Vegas for family vacations with his parents, his wife Heather and his parents.

The group was also there to support Tarek at an event he was speaking in Las Vegas. He and Heather shared jointly after the trip.

Following the argument, the Las Vegas metropolitan police station confirmed with people that officials had responded to a battery incident at a resort where officers were involved in the physical altercation. Tarek was quoted by police but was not arrested.

The case report, obtained by people in the late June, said other men involved in the fight initially wanted to encourage accusations against Elmusa.

According to the report, Tarek received the quote as “physical forces” were observed through surveillance footage.

However, he was later cleared by a judge on August 5, following a notice of punishment and judgment from the Las Vegas court of Justice obtained by those at the time.

According to the documents, Tarek’s case was closed after being counselled and “out of trouble.”
