Sutton Foster was recently photographed cozying up to Hugh Jackman during a date night in New York City.
The couple attended Richard Marx’s After Hours Confessions show at the famous Café Carlyle on Tuesday night, with Jackman joining the Right Here Waiting crooner on stage.
Foster, 50, adorably snuggled up to Jackman, 57, while posing for pictures with Marx and wife Daisy Fuentes before the show.
The Tony Award-winning actress wore a long-sleeved white knit dress for her night out, while the “Greatest Showman” star wore a blue suit.
According to our sources, the notoriously private couple likes to “sneak around,” and were even spotted out and about in the Big Apple for the Fetch Pet Gala on Monday night.
Also, shortly after Jackman finalized his divorce from Deborah-Lee Furness, the two enjoyed a romantic getaway in the mountains of Massachusetts over the summer.
The “Deadpool & Wolverine” star and Foster took a “mini vacation” to Canyon Ranch, a chic wellness resort in Lenox, in mid-July, a source tells Us Weekly.
The source added that she “led several fitness classes” during her vacation.
Rumors of a romance between the two first surfaced after they appeared together in a revival of The Music Man in December 2023.
At the time, a source told In Touch that their romance was “an open secret on Broadway.”
Sources claimed that shortly after Jackman separated from Furness in September 2023, while Foster was still legally married to “Ocean’s Eleven” screenwriter Ted Griffin, Jackman was “in love” with Foster.
Page Six exclusively reported that Foster filed for divorce from Griffin in October 2024, making the romance between her and Jackman even more undeniable.
“They are 100 percent together, in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together,” a source told Page Six of Jackman and Foster.
“They’re trying to hide it, but it’s a known fact,” another source added.
In January 2025, the former musical co-stars went public with their relationship when they were spotted holding hands in Santa Monica, California.
Their relationship reportedly took to the next level in May when Foster moved into Jackman’s New York penthouse. The move was “devastating” his ex-wife.
Furness, 69, opened up about her breakup with Jackman after 27 years of marriage, shortly after her milestone with her ex-husband. She revealed that she went through a “traumatic journey of betrayal” and apparently alluded to her alleged affair with Foster.
She told the Daily Mail at the time that their breakup was a “deep wound”.
“But I believe in a higher power, and I believe that whatever you relate to as a guide, God/the universe is always working for our good,” she continued.
“This belief helped me get through the breakup of my marriage of nearly 30 years. (I) gained a lot of knowledge and wisdom.”
