Sterling K. Brown prioritizes this year’s Emmy over his own health to celebrate with his co-stars.
On Tuesday, September 9th, the 49-year-old actor revealed that he had a painful case that tears his Achilles heels, but revealed that his surgery would have to wait as he wanted to be there for his paradise cast companions.
“It’s Ya Boy Skb, I’m coming to you now because I know I need to have this conversation with lots of people and many times.
Brown reassured viewers that his news was “terrifying but sad.”
“The Ya boy just tore his Achilles tendon,” he said. “It may take a little time to recover,” he explained.
This is a US alumni who admitted he was “expert” at the time of his injury, but that was not what he considered “ultra-dangerous.” After simply taking a “step,” Brown said, “it felt like someone had stomped behind my heels.”
Without realizing what had happened, he asked for an apology and wanted to know who caused the pain, but was soon told that no one was close enough to do it to him.
Brown laughed at it and said, “Perhaps the most serious, the injury that doesn’t touch you.”
“So (i) I have to have surgery,” he said.

Brown stars as Agent Xavier Collins, a political drama set in a calm community home to some of the world’s most prominent individuals. However, this tranquility explodes when a shocking murder occurs and high stakes investigation unfolds.
The Washington Black actor said, “It’s good to be there,” but he said he would feel different if he was physically restricted due to his injuries.
“Most people who know me, if I don’t go to events, I usually wear some kind of athlete wear and what, so if the game breaks out, Brown is ready,” he said with a smile. “I got a cleat at the back of the car.”
