Sofia Vergara went all out in black leather in Paris.
The 53-year-old “Modern Family” alum appeared at the Hôtel Costes in Paris on Thursday night wearing a custom Laura Bassi leather corset with a plunging neckline. This was the third time this week that she wore a corset during Paris Fashion Week.
She paired the structured black top with a Cami NYC velvet skirt ($316) and a leather trench coat draped over her shoulders.
But her most eye-catching accessory is a sleek black alligator Hermès Mini Kelly bag with gold hardware, which is currently on sale at Sotheby’s for $72,500.
Vergara completed her look with black Aquazzura heels ($1,220), a sparkling bracelet, delicate stacked necklaces, and several gold rings.
She’s clearly a fan of platform sandals. The “Griselda” star wore the same Aquazzura style in different colorways in two previous PFW outfits this week.
On Tuesday, Vergara dined at Hotel Costes wearing a purple lace Laura Bassi corset, an eggplant leather rock midi skirt, and a coordinating The Andaman jacket.
On Wednesday, she sported a similarly sultry look at the WWD event at the Hotel de Crillon in a corseted brown lace slip dress paired with a camel suede trench coat and a Bottega Veneta leather clutch ($3,500).
The Colombian actress, who confirmed her relationship with businessman Douglas Chabot in December, has long been loyal to Bassi as her go-to corset designer. The Los Angeles-based Swiss-Italian designer has been creating custom pieces for actresses since at least 2020, and his clients include Lauren Sanchez and Mariah Carey.
“I just want to wear something that feels good and is sexy,” Vergara told People magazine last year. “If I’m going out, I don’t care if it makes me uncomfortable.”
She added that corsets in particular are wardrobe essentials, saying, “Corsets are great. I need a lot of structure.”
