Sofía Vergara was no show at Emmys 2025 on Sunday for “craziest” reasons.
The actress explained to her Instagram followers over the weekend why she had to “cancellate just before I got into the car.”
“I didn’t get to Emmy, but I reached El 🤣😩,” the 53-year-old alum of “Modern Family” captioned her slideshow. “The craziest eye allergy (sic).”
Apologizing to the fans, Vergara shared that she closely watched her swollen eyes and her awards show glamour in order to kick the carousel.
The “American Got Talent” judge rested in a hospital bed and swapped the red carpet ensemble for hoodies and jeans while washing his eyes in subsequent videos.
Terry Crew urged Vergara to “go on track soon” in the comments section, and Elizabeth Chambers sent out a “all-healing atmosphere.”

Vergara is a five-time Emmy candidate and was recently nominated for his work on “Griselda” last year.
At the time, Vergara was stunned by a strapless red gown designed by Dolce & Gabbana.
In particular, Golden Globe candidates were scheduled to be announced at this year’s ceremony hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze.
She enjoyed a glam night the previous evening, attending the battle between Terrence Crawford and Canelo Alvarez at the Allegianto Stadium in Las Vegas.
“gracias @netflix!!❤️” Vergara gushed in an Instagram post to celebrate Saturday. “What a night!!”
She was posing for a boxing match with Mark Anthony and other peers in a black dress with a lace bustier.
The next day, it wasn’t Vergara to make a headline from Emmy.
Eric Dane was scheduled to take the stage as part of a tribute to “Grey’s Anatomy,” but the actor who shared his ASL diagnosis earlier this year skipped the event.
