“She’s growing up pretty quickly, so[the due date]is a little up in the air,” Richie said in an interview with Vogue. “Even before we talked about pregnancy, I love gender reveal YouTube and TikTok, so I had my OB text my assistant Becca (baby gender) and I bought two party poppers, one blue and one. She left out the correct color inside, and Elliot and I popped it together. It was really shocking because we both thought it was a boy. My dream in life is to have a daughter, too. I think it’s typical for boys to want boys, but he’s really sweet.”
On January 28th, Richie posted a sweet and intimate gender reveal of herself on TikTok. In the video, Grainge excitedly jumps up and down while her golden retriever sits and watches as she prepares to pop a party popper. As the popper bursts with pink confetti and smoke, Richie lets out a long scream as he runs around the backyard before falling to the ground, while Grainge watches in shock, eyes wide and jaw dropped.

Richie was spotted in Beverly Hills on April 3rd wearing a flowy green velvet two-piece that showed off her growing baby bump and added some grain. A velvet top was tied loosely around her like a robe, and on her feet were hot pink flats.
She appeared to be returning from the NB44 dinner, where she was photographed with Maya Gottsman Libani wearing the same outfit as that day.
Grainge was wearing a navy blue jacket and dark pants by his wife’s side.

Ritchie announced the birth of his first child with Grainge, daughter Eloise, on Instagram. “Eloise Samantha Grainge🤍5•20•24 was the best day of my life🤍,” Richie wrote, sharing a photo of the baby’s feet in the couple’s hands. See post here.
Grainge’s late mother was named Samantha Berg, so the baby’s middle name honors her memory. Berg suffered complications during childbirth, ended up in a coma, and died in 2007.

On Sunday, June 9, Ritchie shared photos from a party held in honor of his and Grainge’s newborn daughter.
“Celebrating Heloise 🤍,” she wrote above a photo of a long banquet table decorated with flower arrangements.
The new mom also made merchandise to celebrate her baby. Guests were provided with pink tops with Eloise’s date of birth and name written in the classic Eloise children’s book font.
Richie shared photos of gifts from Eloise, including a stack of Baby Dior gift boxes. There was also a gray Dior stroller and a cushion with her name embroidered on it.
