Snowboarder Chloe Kim received some support from her NFL boyfriend Myles Garrett while celebrating her silver medal win at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
On Thursday, the couple were photographed holding each other tightly to commemorate Kim’s big accomplishment.
In one photo, Kim, 25, leans over her boyfriend, 30, and smiles affectionately as she rests her head on his arm. Garrett looked back at his girlfriend and smiled back.
Kim, who entered this year’s competition with a torn labrum, finished second in the women’s halfpipe and narrowly missed a chance to win a historic third consecutive gold medal at the event, having previously won gold medals in Beijing, China, and Pyeongchang, South Korea.
Korea’s Choi Ga-on won the gold medal, and Japan’s Mitsuki Ono took third place.
The California native ultimately scored an 88.00 on her first run of the course. However, she fell during her previous trip and fell short of Gaon, who scored 90.25 points on her third attempt on the slope.
Kim and Garrett have been in a relationship ever since they were spotted attending the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Japan in May 2025.
A few months later, the Olympian visited him at the Cleveland Browns’ training camp. Eventually, they confirmed their relationship in November when the team shared a video of Kim planting a smooch on her beau before a game.
Garrett also showed up for Kim, who is competing in the Olympic qualifiers. The defender brought a camera to film Kim’s run. According to People magazine, he showed how embarrassed he was by his girlfriend’s skills when he called her “so amazing” multiple times.
Kim revealed in an Instagram video in January that she injured her shoulder during practice, which put her chances of competing in this year’s Winter Games in jeopardy.
“Well…I hate having to make this video, but I felt it was necessary, so let’s go with this,” Kim said at the time.
“I’ve been here for a few days. I’m currently in Switzerland and on the second day of training I had a bad fall. I ended up dislocating my shoulder.”
