Snoop Dogg makes his comments clear after facing backlash against his criticism of LGBTQ+ representatives in children’s films.

The 53-year-old rapper faced surveillance after saying he was “scary to go to the movies,” and then, especially after surveillance on a film aimed at children.

In another comment on the podcast, he asked, “Do I have to show that at this age?” And he said, “They put it everywhere.”

Snoop’s comments came when he remembered how annoyed he was when his 6-year-old grandson asked about his family with his two mothers during a screening of Lightyear. One scene from the 2022 Toy Story spinoff includes a character who says the character has a wife, showing the couple kissing and later welcomes their baby son.

On August 27, a week after his controversial comments were first shared, Snoop revealed his remarks, saying he was “just caught off guard” in a mild moment.

The seven grandfathers shared a statement in comments about his first podcast in response to what he said in his first podcast.

“I was caught off guard and my grandson had no answer,” wrote Snoop Dogg, adding, “What’s going on all my gay friends (I know)?”, “I’m calling me with love.”

“It’s bad to not know the answer from six years ago,” he continued. “Tell me how to learn, I’m not perfect.”

During his podcast appearance, Snoop recalled that while watching Lightyear, his grandson asked him, “Daddy Snoop? Do you have a baby with a woman? She’s a woman!” At the time, he told his grandson to continue watching. “I didn’t come here for this S.

“Right now I’m scared to go to the movies right now,” Snoop said. “y’all is throwing me in the middle of s–I have no answer.”

“Throwed me for the loop,” he added. “I mean, ‘What part of this movie was this?’ These have to show it at this age.

Representatives from Snoop Dogg did not respond to people’s requests for comment.

The inclusion of same-sex hugs in Disney and Pixar’s lightweight sparked controversy among several markets, as countries such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are barred from being released in full. A cinema in Oklahoma also posted a “warning” sign about the kiss, telling movie fans that they’re fast-forwarding the scene.

The Kiss was also cut from the 2022 film at one point, but later added later. The reinstatement reportedly responded to a stir between Disney and Pixar staff members over the initial reaction of former Disney CEO Bob Chapeck to Florida’s so-called “say gay” bill. At the time, Uzo Aduba, Chris Evans, and other members of the Lightyear cast and crew were among those defending the studio’s decision to bring back the kiss.
