“Saturday Night Live” writer Jimmy Fowley is asking for help finding his missing sister Christina, who was last seen in Los Angeles.
Fowley shared her sister’s photo and phone number on her Instagram page, asking anyone who sees her to contact police. According to a missing persons report, Christina was last heard from in late November.
“My sister is missing and we are worried that she is not safe,” Fowley wrote. “Her married name is Downer, but she may call herself Christina Fowley. If anyone has seen her, please share this so they can give information to police. Her phone number is 213-996-1800 and her case number is 25237639. She was last seen in LA. Thank you.”
Several of Fowley’s “Saturday Night Live” cast members, including Bowen Yang and Sarah Sherman, also shared their sister’s missing person report.
Fowley has been a writer for Saturday Night Live since season 48 in 2022. Last year, he co-wrote the much-talked-about “Domingo” skit featuring star Marcelo Hernandez and host Ariana Grande. Prior to “Saturday Night Live,” he was a member of the improvisational and sketch comedy group “The Groundlings,” and has appeared on shows such as “The Comeback,” “Two Broke Girls,” “The Other Two,” “Search Party” and “The English Teacher.” He also co-wrote and starred in the off-Broadway musical So Long Boulder City.
Last weekend, “Saturday Night Live” aired a Christmas episode hosted by Grande, and host Finn Wolfhard and musical guest A$AP Rocky are scheduled to return in January. This was also Yang’s last episode as a cast member.
