Sydney Sweeney brings toronto a charm.
The actress wore a bright pink Eldem gown that snugly waist-squealed until the premiere of her new film Christie at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday, September 5th. The dresses gathered at Sweeney’s waist and in red detail before inciting the small train.
Sweeney, 27, wore soft curls and blonde hair, making glamour simple and super sparkly.

In the sports biopic, the actress plays former professional boxer Christy Martin. Martin, 57, has been widely praised for bringing women’s boxing into the mainstream.
In an interview with W Magazine published on June 9th, Sweeney opened up about the conversions needed for his biography. The actress earned over 30 pounds and trained for more than three months to recreate Martin’s tone physique, she told the outlet.
“I started eating. I had an hour of weight training in the morning, kickboxed for about two hours during the day, weighted again for an hour at night,” Sweeney said. “My body was completely different, but it was amazing. I was so strong and crazy strong.”
The premiere comes just after the recent film “Americana,” which was released in theaters on August 22nd.
The film’s release comes shortly after her American Eagle ads got caught up in a controversy in July due to the tagline “Sydney Sweeney has great jeans.” Critics of the ad argued that using the word “jeans” as a play of “genes” is racially recharged and suggests a genetic advantage.
Ahead of her TIFF premiere, Sweeney told Vanity Fair she would not address questions related to the American Eagle campaign while in Toronto. She was there to support the film.
“I’m there to support my film and the people involved in making it. I’m not there to talk about jeans,” Sweeney said in an interview released on September 4th.

On Tuesday, September 2nd, sources confirmed to people that the actress and Scooter Brown were “casually connected.”
“It’s all casual. She lives her life and works hard,” another source added.
Sweeney and Brown, 44, were on the guest list for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez Bezos’ Venice wedding in June.
