Shiloh Jolie appears in Dayoung’s new music video teaser. Angela Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter reportedly won the role in an “open audition.” At 19 years old, she is the exact image of Angelina.
On Thursday, Shiloh Jolie made a surprise appearance in the music video teaser for K-pop star Dayoung’s latest single. Starship Entertainment shared a quickly edited clip of “What’s a Girl to Do,” which quickly flashed over Shiloh, who bears a striking resemblance to her mother, Angelina Jolie.
In a short montage of videos scheduled to be released on April 7, Shiloh wears a brown lace halter top, large hoop earrings, and a lip ring. The 19-year-old lounges backwards with her hair tucked back in a braid. She also appears among the dancers doing a little choreography to Da-young’s song.
According to interviews with representatives from Starship Entertainment and Mainichi Keizai Shimbun Star Today, the young dancer won the role as part of an “open audition.”
“Shiloh was selected in the final round to take part in Dayoung’s music video. Even after filming, we had no idea that she was Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s child, and only recently found out by chance,” they said.
In February 2025, Angelina spoke about Shiloh and her other children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and twins Knox and Vivienne, during a panel discussion at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. She stated that none of her children are interested in acting, and that Shiloh in particular is “very private.”
“They don’t really like any of the celebrity parts, especially Shiloh,” Jolie said, according to the Daily Mail. “It’s not normal. It’s really ridiculous.”
she continued. “It’s not my job. I’ve always wanted them to be around movies, because I have such a great family and being creative, being an artist… They’re not interested… Some people dance, some people paint, some people love theater. But none of them aspire to be on screen.”
