Kelly and Jack Osbourne supported their mother Sharon at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammys party, the day before the ceremony honoring Ozzy Osbourne.
On Saturday, the trio posed for photos at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Jack, 40, stood between his mother and sister and held his arms around their shoulders.
During the gala, the former “The Talk” host stopped for a photo with Kelly, 41, and MGK and held up a peace sign.
Sharon also seemed excited to chat with Jelly Roll, even grabbing his face in her hands while they were engrossed in conversation.
The 73-year-old Osbourne matriarch and her two youngest children wore all black, perhaps in homage to Ozzy, who was famous for his all-black outfits.
Sunday’s 2026 Grammy Awards will honor Ozzy, who won five coveted awards, with a star-studded performance including Post Malone, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan and Slash.
The rock star died in July 2025 at the age of 76 after suffering a heart attack.
Amy Osbourne, 42, the eldest daughter of Sharon and Ozzy, submitted her father’s death certificate, which listed “out-of-hospital cardiac arrest” and “Parkinson’s disease with coronary artery disease and autonomic dysfunction” as causes of death.
Ozzy’s widow and children are taking his death very hard.
Last November, Kelly revealed that he slept in his mother Sharon’s bed for two months after the Black Sabbath frontman’s death.
“I never knew how horrible grief could be. I never thought I could love someone this much and miss someone this much,” the former “Fashion Police” host emotionally said on “The Osbournes Podcast” at the time.
“I just never thought there would be a day when he wasn’t here,” she added.
Sharon said her bouts of grief over Ozzy’s death come in “waves.”
“I hate sleeping at night,” she admits, adding that she finds it difficult to sleep alone.
“So, for the first two months, I slept with you so you wouldn’t be alone,” Kelly said. “But then we felt like we needed space.”
