Taylor Swift kindly killed them.
The pop star gave the guests of Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding over the weekend “excellent” impression.
Julia Delby, wife of David Delbys, Gomez’s former Wizard of Waverly Place co-star, David Delby, joked when Swift, 35, arrived in Santa Barbara, California, “Heaven opened and the angels descended.”
“She’s just amazing,” the actor, 53, agreed to Julia’s Instagram story on Sunday (via people). “The energy that had come out of her.”
While attendees “wait for Serena to get married,” Swift was heading “straight” to the couple and Disney Channel alum Jennifer Stone.

“She knows Jennifer,” Julia explained to her followers over the weekend. “She went in, she walked over to us and we spoke.”
David’s partner also appeared to confirm reports of Swift giving an emotional speech at the star-studded event.
Julia reposted her uploaded reading. “(Swift) said that whenever one of them broke their hearts from a relationship (sic) that has failed over the years, they were always there for each other.”
Radio host Tanya Rado also appreciates what happened after the Grammy Award winner.
The 38-year-old shared how “Scrub In” listener and her friend Pauline Nacher told Swift on Monday about incorporating “invisible strings” into her wedding.
“It was my first dance and I walked down the aisle up until then,” Rad said of the 2020 hit. “She was very kind. She loved it. She asked me what song she wanted.
“I can’t explain to you magic, proudly, authentic, existence, trapped, invested, ordinary,” Rudd continued. “I let out a breath while hearing it.”
Swift, who had been friends with Gomez for many years, reportedly made a joke in her speech about the star “the only murder of the building” that “beats her to the altar.”
The “Love Story” singer got engaged to her fiance Traviskells two years later last month.
Meanwhile, Gomez said yes to the 37-year-old swinger in a December 2024 proposal a year after the romance.
