Selena Gomez is off to a great start in her first full year of marriage.
Gomez stepped out on the red carpet at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards with her husband Benny Blanco, looking stunning in a custom Chanel dress befitting the midwinter ceremony.
The strapless black velvet style featured an eye-catching neckline made of feathers, silk chiffon, and silk organza. The detailed dress took 323 hours to create and included 200 embroidered elements, according to a press release from the design company.
It was Gomez’s first time wearing Chanel on a major red carpet, and she accessorized with the luxury brand’s fine jewelry.
She completed her look with an equally bold glamor consisting of a dark lip, light blush, and winged eyeliner.
Blanco accessorized his black tuxedo with a dazzling diamond brooch and matching dazzling loafers.
Gomez is a regular at the Golden Globes, and this year was nominated for Best Actress in a Television Musical or Comedy for her role in “Only Murders in the Building.”
The show itself is nominated for Best Series in a Musical or Comedy, with co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin also nominated for Best Actor in a Television Musical or Comedy.
At least at this year’s Globes, the 33-year-old Disney star had a Cinderella-like moment in an off-the-shoulder pale blue Prada dress and dazzling Tiffany diamond necklace. Meanwhile, the swing looked like a groom in a monochromatic (blurry!) white suit and brocade shirt.
The couple previously co-ordinated black-tie looks at the Academy Museum Gala in October, with Gomez wearing a crystal-encrusted black velvet Armani Prive dress with a matching tuxedo jacket draped over her shoulders, and Blanco matching her vibe in a full velvet Armani suit.
Gomez and Blanco married in September in an intimate ceremony. For the wedding, the actress wore not one, not two, but three different custom white Ralph Lauren creations.
