Authorities seized a vehicle parked in the garage of Nancy Guthrie’s Arizona home and a closed-circuit camera on the roof of her home after receiving a tip from a neighbor.

According to Fox News, a tow truck was called to Guthrie’s residence in the Catalina Foothills north of Tucson on Friday to remove a blue Subaru SUV. It is believed that Mr. Guthrie owned it.

Police took the truck to a detention center near the Pima County Sheriff’s Office.

The items were seized after police carried out an extensive search of the premises. Authorities have not said why the vehicle was taken.

Footage showed FBI agents climbing onto the roof of Guthrie’s home and grabbing what appeared to be a camera.

Former NYPD Inspector Paul Mauro said the device may have been overlooked during the first few days of the investigation.

“Apparently on that roof, investigators recovered a new camera, a camera that they apparently weren’t aware of, and they took it into custody. We don’t know any more about why it wasn’t recovered or what it showed,” Mauro told Fox News’ Jesse Watters on Friday.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

This update comes shortly after it was reported that police were searching for a vehicle that may be linked to Guthrie’s disappearance.

A Circle K spokesperson claimed Friday that law enforcement officials contacted one of its stores on Oracle Road in Tucson “after receiving information about a vehicle of interest and our team provided access to the store’s surveillance video.”

Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mother, Nancy, was reported missing on Sunday, February 1, after missing a church service. She was last seen on January 31 at around 9:45 p.m. after having dinner with some family members.

The last person to see her was her son-in-law, Tommaso Cioni, who gave her a ride home.

On Monday, police announced that Nancy’s home was being treated as a crime scene. She was apparently “taken from her home against her will” while she was sleeping.

Several ransom demands have been reported since her disappearance. TMZ reported Tuesday that the agency received a memo demanding a multi-million dollar Bitcoin payment in exchange for Nancy’s release.

At a Thursday press conference, FBI Phoenix Special Agent Heis Janke said a ransom note was sent that day demanding “transfer” by a deadline of 5:00 pm (Montana time).

After the first deadline passed, Savannah’s brother Kamron issued a statement imploring Nancy’s alleged captors to send proof that she was alive.
