Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelly Wolf, said she weighed “97 pounds.”
Kelly, 48, claimed in a long phone call last week after leaving rehab following a two-day stint, saying Scott had lost £30 since he filed for divorce in June.
Every week by the US, Kelly took her to Instagram stories on Monday to detail her health and told her followers she was “malnourished.”
“I’m very clear. I have to be respected and give peace. I’m not crazy. I’m not rehabilitated. I’m in my hometown. I’m waiting for a court hearing,” she wrote.
She went on to insist, “I have no records. I have no abuse of medicines or alcohol.”
Kelly noted that she was a “mother” and asked the public to “leave (her)”.
She also threatened legal action, saying, “If you continue to slander my family, I will pursue legal action.”
The “Real World: New Orleans” star continued. “I’ve lost everything. I’m malnourished. I’m treated like a crazy woman.”
Kelly explained, “Thank you for what someone is saying… I love you. Go home. You only did the fight for your family.”
During her call with Kelly, she insisted that she didn’t need the help of addiction, but rather had post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
She also said she plans to go to another treatment center in Utah in November. (The one she left two days later was in Arizona.)
Last Friday, Kelly was charged with a misdemeanor after accusing Scott, 57, of violating an Aug. 28 protection order by “using a friend’s phone and attempting to contact his son through his friend’s son.”
Attempts to contact her son came two days after he was barred from contact with Scott and his children: son Jackson (ages 16 and 12), and daughter Lucy (ages 11).
In response to the accusations, Kelly told people he was “fully shocked” by what she called “ambiguous, active use of legal systems and other things.”
She said, “(It) has become almost incapable of my body, my family’s health and happiness period. It’s unclear how these things are handled. I’m following all legal things.
“I would also like to state for people who don’t seem to understand. Divorce can take time. The only thing that keeps pressure on her mother when she’s doing is fighting for her child,” Kelly said.
The former real-life personality was arrested on August 26th and charged with two counts of one count of misdemeanor electronic communication harassment and a misdemeanor e-disclosure of personal identification information classified as domestic violence-related.
After two days at Utah Prison, Kelly was released under the condition that he would “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological or psychiatric treatment.”
During her arrest, she told the judge that she planned to seek medical treatment and oversaw her case after staying at the facility for a month.
Before her arrest, Kelly has shown some of the social media activities that have been bothering me over the past few months – allegedly posted about her and Scott’s children. She is also said to have called the actor, who currently has custody of his children, “the most hated man on the planet” before sharing his phone number.
Her suspected behavior violated a gag order that restricted parents from publicly discussing each other, their marriage, divorce, or their children.
Kelly has been placed on two psychiatric holds since the start of the disputed divorce proceedings.
