Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelly, is charged with misdemeanor.
According to a statement of causes that could have been obtained by people on Friday, the “Party of Five” alumni accused her of violating the August 28 protection order by “using a friend’s phone and attempting to contact her son via his friend’s son” on August 28, the mother of three.
Attempts to contact her son came two days after being forbidden to contact Scott or his son Jackson, 16, and Miller and daughter Lucy.
According to the documents, a 48-year-old “Real World: New Orleans” graduate was also summoned to appear before a judge on November 7th.
In a statement to the outlet, Kelly said she was “too shocked” by what she called “a decisive and active use of the legal system and other things.”
She continued, “(It) has barely been able to withstand my body, my family’s health and happiness period. I don’t know how I am allowed to handle these things.
“I would like to state that divorce takes time, even for those who don’t seem to understand,” Kelly added. “Anyone who keeps pressured her mother while she is doing it is fighting for her child.
Scott and Kelly’s rep did not immediately respond to a request on page 6 of comments on the latest developments in their case.
Scott, who filed for divorce from Kelly on June 10 after 21 years of marriage, last faced off against her on September 10th over a request for a complete restraining order. According to US Weekly, the judge refused to control the matter due to Kelly’s lack of legal counsel.
The judge orders that Kelly obtains an attorney and that her attorney “sends a letter to the court indicating that they are representing,” and then Scott “is instructed to send it directly to that attorney.”
The judge added that some of the previous temporary protection orders Kelley filed after being arrested for leaking his phone number via Instagram “will remain the same.”
However, people’s sources say that while the previous spouse can now respond via telephone for the child, insiders argued that neither party must reply to their attempts to communicate. The next hearing date is reportedly October 26th, and by then the three mothers must have held legal representatives.
Kelly previously checked in at the rehabilitation center and then checked out Tuesday just two days later at the facility after telling the judge that he was “looking forward to” going into rehabilitation on September 2nd. In a comment on page 6, Kelly confirmed that she left the facility earlier this week and revealed that she was staying at a hotel in Arizona before entering another facility in November.
She also said about addiction issues that she doesn’t need help because of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
The “Nancy Drew” actor was given temporary, sole custody of the child after Kelly was arrested and was later charged with two misdemeanor e-disclosure of personal identification information and one misdemeanor electronic communication harassment.
She was ordered to refrain from alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances unless prescribed by a licensed practitioner, and was barred from contacting potential witnesses in an ongoing incident.
Kelly’s brief incarceration followed a public social media post that included screenshots of Scott’s personal phone number and alleged private texts with one of her children. When she was arrested, she shared “confusing” through her Instagram story and denied any cheating.
The TV star got married in 2004. Following the split in June, Kelly was placed in two involuntary holds. First, she live streamed her being detained by law enforcement via Instagram. “I think Scott Wolf is abusing me, and now you’re abusing me more,” she said at the time, but it was unclear what it means to “abuse.”
The couple’s drama also includes accusations that Kelly of live streaming attempts to access personal items from Park City, Utah and home, as well as conspiring to make “intrusive and false” claims by Scott.
Scott initially applied for a restraining order in July, but later repealed the issue.
