Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelly Wolf, reportedly went into rehabilitation after being arrested last month on domestic violence-related charges.
Several sources confirmed the news with people over the weekend. Page 6 contacted Scott and Kelly’s representatives for comments.
Last Tuesday, 48-year-old Kelly told a Utah judge that he plans to seek medical treatment.
“I have informed everyone who needs to know that I will be attending (the treatment centre) from September 12th,” she said during her arrest.
Kelly insisted that all she wanted to do was “leave the marriage,” but she claimed she was “excited” and “looked forward to” rehabilitation.
“My brother is taking me with me. It’s a great place. It’s a great place. I’ve always recommended it as my own mental health expert,” she said.
It is unclear why the “Real World: New Orleans” star started her 30-day stint almost a week earlier.
During her controversial divorce from Scott, Kelly was arrested and charged with two counts of one count of misdemeanor electronic communication harassment and a misdemeanor e-disclosure of personal identification information.
People said the judge marked all three cases as domestic violence-related.
Kelly was taken to Summit County Jail on August 26th.
Before losing access to the phone, she posted on her Instagram story about the ordeal, telling her followers that she felt “confused” and “scary.”
The former real personality claims that she “don’t know why” and says, “I’m not committing suicide. I’m not dangerous to anyone. I didn’t do anything. …I have no mental disorders. No medicines. No arrests. No arrests!!”
Before her arrest, Kelly has shown some of the social media activities that have been bothering her in recent months – allegedly posted about her and Scott’s three minor children. She is also said to have called her estranged husband “the most hated man on the planet” before sharing his phone number.
Her suspected behavior violated a gag order that restricted parents from publicly discussing each other, their marriage, divorce, or their children.
Kelly has held two psychiatric positions since the actor, who currently holds custody of his children, filed for divorce in June.
