Roseanne Barr is parting ways with her farm in Hawaii.
The actress and comedian, 72, has sold her expansive 46-acre macadamia nut farm in Honocka for $2.6 million.
The property was the setting for Barr’s 2011 reality series “Roseanne’s Nuts,” according to Deep Blue HI listings. The Lifetime show aired for one season and offered a glimpse into island life and organic farming on Barr’s ranch.
Located on the Big Island’s Hamakua Coast, this 4-bed, 4.5-bathroom property features a palm-fringed pool, slide, and pool house with breathtaking ocean views.
Deep Blue HI founder and CEO Paul Stukin tells PEOPLE that the property sold well above the asking price of $1.95 million.

“Roseanne fell in love with the tranquility and beauty of this macadamia nut farm, its privacy, rich land and expansive ocean views,” Stakin said. “We had a lot of interest from buyers from five states, neighboring islands, and all over Europe, and the house ultimately sold for $650,000, above asking price.”
“In the end, what meant the most was that we were able to give this special place to a local rancher who truly understands and values the land, just as Roseanne has always done.”
Other features of the residence include a separate art studio, outdoor bamboo shower and soaking tub, greenhouse, and garage/workshop.
Meanwhile, in addition to macadamia nut trees, avocados, finger limes, apple bananas, and mandarin oranges are also planted on the premises.

“Designed for both indoor and outdoor living, the deep verandah overlooks the coastline and orchard, providing the perfect setting for a morning coffee, a sunset gathering, or simply relaxing in the gentle rhythms of island life,” the listing reads in part.
